Leverett it has been credibly responsive and professional. We've had a couple of issues. One of which is pack rats in the crawl space of our modular house that he seems to be handling very well. They're certainly destructive critters!

We had carpenter ants on one end of your building. Leveret thoroughly sprayed the entire perimeter out to the street, not just the small area where ants had been seen. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again.

I was having uncontrollable exterior ant problem. I submitted contact request on a Friday and received call first thing Monday. Owners Levi and Kulani are respectable and handle a not-so-desirable situation of pests in such a responsible way. Levi’s entomology expertise is something I valued onsite; all questions answered thoroughly and patiently and never rushed me. Both are just a phone call away and I value that. Look forward to this first year of service and controlling the unwanted pests in and around my home. So far, I feel I have been given excellent and individualized service 💯 !

Sonnie was amazing. He explained everything. Listened to my concerns. Was very careful about my pet. I still have ants but not as many it has only been two days and he was clear that to give the process 10 days. If i could choose my tech for every service I'd choose him.

We contacted Hadlow for a quote to spray the weeds for a vacant building we maintain. The quote was fair and we are very pleased with the service that was provided by the Tech. Leverett came out to inspect our house, inside and out, and gave us some pointers as well as informed us about a flexible treatment plan with reasonable rates. He performed the first treatment the same day and we are already seeing pests we didn't know we had being effectively taken care of.

This company is one of the most respectful that I've dealt with as far. I have called other companies for an ant problem, I had in my yard because it's all dirt, so ants like to build. Everybody wanted to spray for roaches, and spiders, and all kinds of other things except for the ants, I don't have roaches. I don't have other issues they wanted to spray for. But yet, they were willing to take your money under a false pretense. I'm not that stupid. So I searched this company (Hadlow) and they dealt with the problem. I specifically needed them to deal with, ants. They are very professional. They come and do their job, they waste no time. If something arises, I'll bring it to their attention, any they deal with it. Even though they did spray for spiders, they also knew and kept in mind; the reason they were truly here, was for ants. If there's a problem in between sprays and you're still seeing quite a bit of ants, they'll come out and give you a free spray. I did call them at 1 time and describe the situation. But we both agreed. It wasn't that bad that they needed to come down, but when they did. They gave my concern extra attention. If I sign a contract again, it will be only with Hadlow.

Hadlow was easy to use--Kulani in the office was responsive, provided an immediate estimate and got things scheduled. Leverett came out and did a thorough job of spraying weeds and evaluated the house to determine if mice had made their way in (fortunately, they appear to be only outside in the natural areas) and advised on how to make sure they stay outside. Info was clear and pricing was reasonable. Will definitely use again.

Professional since the first time I contacted hadlow P. S. They provided an estimate on my weeds project within minutes and I was able to set a date for the visit. The gentleman was on time as we agreed. He did the front and back of my house in about 20 minutes, when he was done, he reminded me about their warranty. The 1st and 2nd days l didn't see any changes on my weeds, about 5 or 6 days later I see the work making effect. Thanks HPS see you next time.
