Travis and his team are amazing! They drew us up an amazing plan, taking into consideration our ideas mixed with his expert opinion. They not only started our huge project on time but came a few days early, which i have never had happen before. They did every single thing they said they would do, gave us a better price than anyone else we got a quote from and they came back whenever anything wasnt perfect, to make sure it was done right. I could not reccommend him and his company enough. Special shout out to Cameron, his number one guy, who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, polite and went the extra mile for us every time. We have dealt with a TON of contractors and landscapers, building 2 homes and being hands on with every part. Extrascapes was the best we have ever worked with and i will continue to use them and them only going forward. Do yourself a favor, call them and get an estimate, you will not regret it...

I am writing this review to tell anyone who is thinking about doing a landscaping job at your home to consider using Tavis at extra scapes for your landscape job. Travis is the best landscaper I have ever known. I am presently getting ready for a total landscape project at my home and can't wait to see the finished project. I will post photos.

An Exceptional team of Consummate Professionals! Our project with Travis and his ExtraScapes team was handled with genuine care and complete focus from the planning phase to demolition, to construction, to completion. His design was superb, his costs were not only reasonable, they were spot-on and his schedule was exacting. Our backyard was transformed from an outdated, crowded, crumbling eyesore into a modern, clean easy to maintain work of art. Travis and his crew are incredible. Want to leave a big shout out also to Cameron and the crew. They work so hard everyday. We have a new build so it was from scratch. From design with 3D and a drone that shows the plan from the air it was a wonderful experience. They work so hard every day showing up at 9am each morning. From hauling tons of dirt to the backyard by wheel barrel for days to putting in a final fountain I can't say enough for all of the crew and their hard work and attention to detail. Travis is very responsive to our calls and so direct and caring. I would hire them again for any project.

I was on the phone working to set up an initial quote. I had an issue pop up and had to get off the phone. I tried calling back, nothing, tried again, and left a message.I tried again 3 days later. No response. This happened in September of last year. I assume he was upset I had to get off the phone, but I don't know...

Travis, Cameron and his crew are some of the nicest, hardworking team members you could ask for. They listened to our desires and came up with a plan and executed it to perfection in a very timely manner. They are true masters of their profession. I highly recommend them for all your landscaping needs.

Filled out online contact form on a Sunday. No response, so I called on Friday. Got voicemail, with recording saying that email got a better response. Still no response after 3 weeks. Must be so busy that he doesn't need any new customers.

Travis and his team were exceptional. Travis was responsive and kind, and created a fantastic plan for our backyard. His team led by Cameron were punctual, professional, and great to work with. The end result was a stunning backyard that we could not be happier with. Highly recommend ExtraScapes for any and all yardwork or irrigation work you need. Outstanding group!

Think twice. I have held back on my criticism of this company, but as a full year has elapsed and I realize all of the problems and wasted money, I feel it is my responsibility to warn future clients. Personally, the owner is a sweet guy. But I am still cleaning up the unprofessionally installed problems with my irrigation, lighting, and dead plants. Not to mention the mistake of removing a 20 year old plant that was not supposed to be removed. With the promise of replacing. 16 months later.... the nightmare that keeps on recurring.

Just started working with ExtraScapes LLC and so far have had only positive experience. Travis really tries to help with the best design of my back yard for a limited budget. He was very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Excited to continue working with them.

ExtraScapes is by far the best landscaping company in Albuquerque. I have hired several before I discovered Travis at ExtraScapes, and spent a lot of money on shabby jobs. My front yard looks great thanks to Travis and his team!

Travis and his team did an outstanding job landscaping our front yard. Everything from the design, gravel, and plants has really made our yard stand out in the neighborhood and we constantly get compliments. The team is knowledgeable, reliable and friendly and I highly recommend them.

Week 1 - initial visit was great. Travis seems like a very nice person. Said we would have an estimate in 2 weeks. Week 3 - no estimate. No communication. didn’t return our attempts to contact. Week 4 - finally contacted. Travis told us we should have gotten the estimate via email. We didn’t. He said he would share via cloud method. Nothing. He could have even snapped a pic and texted for all we cared. Nothing. Week 5 - no communication. Couldn’t reach him. Week 6 - reached him again. Same. exact. story. Now it’s sounding like BS. Week 7 - As much as we wanted to work with Travis, we had to give up on him. At best, Travis is disorganized and a very poor communicator. At worst, we felt led on by Travis for weeks. Very discouraging and frustrating experience.

I've dealt with Travis on a number of fronts, and found Travis kind, honest and hard-working. I think, like most small businesses in this COVID-19 pandemic world of ours, he's doing his best and that's all I can ask of a man. He's a great guy, and I cannot give him or his business higher praise. Larry.

Looks like they do good work but they didn't come through for me. Poor communicators at best or dishonest at worst. Maybe the home lawn job wasn't big enough for them which explains the lack of response after coming by. They could have just told me this rather them come by and then string me along for months.

I cant say enough good things about travis and his workers. They removed my whole back yard and reinstalled my dream yard! The 3D design travis made for us to see what our yard would look like was truly unbelievable. Travis helped us pick out what bushes and trees to install that were full of color year round!!! i've never been so happy to host parties in my new yard now that there is so much more patio area for tables and chairs to fit everyone comfortably. I would recommend extrascapes to all of my friend and family. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Thank you, Travis and your outstanding crew! We had a simple cement slab put in for a hot tub. I've seen some contractors put these small jobs on the back-burner to go after bigger ones. Travis responded immediately and had a crew out putting it in within a few days. His crew was professional and very friendly. They actually stayed around for about 2.5 extra hours to make sure the concrete was setting correctly. And, I felt the price for the job was very reasonable. I would recommend ExtraScapes to anyone looking for landscape/hardscape work... I'd definitely use them again!

Travis and his crew did great work for us - clearing weeds, laying a drip system, etc. However, communication with Travis was difficult. There were a couple times when I called and emailed and didn't receive a response for over a week, or no response at all.

Couldn't schedule our appointment until a month after we contacted them, but it was a big job, and we decided to stick with them and wait the month. The day finally arrived and... they never showed up. Had it been something minor, for a small fee, *maybe* I can see that happening. But this was a biggie. They must be daft to have passed up such a pay day!

Travis listened to what I was looking for, sent great drawings of the proposed work and even came back out to talk over the details and possible upgrades. The yard looks great and I am pleased.
