As a wife and mom, I’m used to handling chaos—but nothing quite prepared me for the nightly “rat rave” happening in our attic. It started with faint scratching, which we brushed off as the house settling. Within a week, though, it sounded like a full-blown gymnastics competition above our heads. My kids were convinced we had “roof monsters,” and my husband and I were losing sleep fast. One night, things escalated when a particularly bold rat decided 2 a.m. was the perfect time to host what I can only describe as a furniture-moving party. That was my breaking point. The next morning, I called Critter Control, and honestly, that call changed everything. From the first interaction, they were calm, knowledgeable, and reassuring, exactly what a stressed-out family needs. They came out promptly, did a thorough inspection, and explained everything in a way that didn’t make me feel overwhelmed. What stood out most was how respectful they were of our home and how patient they were with my kids’ endless questions about “where the rats were going to go.” The team didn’t just remove the rats, they identified how they were getting in, sealed up every possible entry point, and cleaned up the mess they left behind. They even showed us photos of the problem areas, which made me feel confident the job was done right. Within days, the attic was silent again. Gloriously, peacefully silent. Now, bedtime is no longer a battle against mysterious noises, and my family finally feels comfortable in our home again. I never thought I’d be this grateful for a wildlife removal service, but here we are.

Were able to quickly catch and get rid of the skunks who were stinking up the place. Justin Herrera was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had.

Had a squirrel in the attic. Pressured sales by Critter Control. The day after the work was completed by Critter Control, I had a roofer look at the work because it looked so horrible. The roofer said the work will not pass code. Siding, shingles, tar, and flashing should have been used. He said they also damaged the shingles by putting bolts in the shingles, that water will now drain underneath the shingles and rot. It looks like a metal patch job that would have been done on an ancient mobile home. Complete inferior, defective, embarrassing work. A Critter Control manager told me they sent an inexperienced technician to do the work, they could send a senior tech to fix it. I paid well over $3000 for this and they actually damaged my house.

I called this company about a suspected dead rodent in my attic since they were listed under wildlife removal. A very nice person came to my home and we discussed the issue. Don't let these guys talk you into signing a contract for rodent removal and/or rodent solutions. They installed black trap boxes in my yard and covered pipes on the roof with what looks like chicken wire. The black boxes are a problem if you have pets. I had them removed. After several complaints about their work, they never showed up to resolve them. They literally ignore my texts and email messages.

Squirrels were getting into my roof so I had Critter Control come out to take care of it. Justin Herrera did the work and he was excellent. He was careful and thorough, secured the openings where the animals were getting in, and solved the problem. He's also a really nice guy. Jace came out first to assess the situation and give me a quote. He listened carefully to the info I gave him and was friendly and professional throughout.

Critter Control came over to trap and relocate a squirrel from under our house to a location designated by the county. Our little friend while not really a huge issue at the time could have become a serious and extremely costly situation. They made it easy and Adrian as well as the whole team made it worth all 5 stars.

The absolute worst. Over charged for work that over 3 months later still hasn't been done, they NEVER call back, and it's just a circle of excuses with them. Avoid at all cost!!!
