This was a first follow-up visit. Since the initial application, we have had no sightings of insect pests of any kind, and are satisfied with the effectiveness of the first application.

We asked attic insulation replacement. Communication was very smooth. Explanation was very clear. Experts were very nice and professional. Price was reasonable. I am very satisfied with their job.

It seemed that the house had turned into planet of the cockroaches. Roaches infested two floors of the house and several rooms, even entering several appliances. There was no relief with home treatments. After two treatments from Pestechs, they are gone! Highly recommend. Friendly and responsive!!

Brian was punctual, polite, explained everything, took time to see the whole house, and was thorough inside and outside. I was impressed and plan to have quarterly treatments.

We recently discovered that we had a mouse infestation in our attic. We initially contacted a pest control company that was recommended by someone with a similar issue. The company came out, diagnosed the problem, gave us an estimate, and then we never heard from them again. Instead of figuring out what was going on with them we just decided to move on to another service provider. I started a Google search and found the many positive reviews of Pestechs. I contacted them on a Saturday and the owner, David, reached out to me the next day. I described the issue to him and he gave me an accurate estimate over the phone based on the dimensions of my residence. He then came out to visit us the next day to get a closer look at the problem and confirm the estimate. A week later, his crew came out to perform the service. During the service, the crew cracked a portion of the ceiling drywall. I informed David of this minor issue and he had someone come out two days later to repair the drywall. We are very pleased with the service provided by Pestechs and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable pest control company to resolve any pest issue.

David took my initial call while I was looking for quotes. He was very informative and professional. We discussed my current pests issues and luckily they do free in-person consultations, which is a competitive advantage because no other place I called did that. I met with Fernando later that day, he was very thorough in his evaluation. He walked me through his findings and we discussed possible solutions. I asked a lot of questions about how they go about implementation, especially because I have a baby and a dog so I want to make sure to be careful. Based on the level of attention and communication style of both gentlemen, I have decided to move forward with their services. I feel confident that Pestechs will address my issues and prevent future pest from entering my home. I will update my review in a few months once services have been rendered a couple of times.

Highly recommended! From the moment David arrived, he was incredibly friendly and professional. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our property and answered all of our questions in detail, putting our minds at ease. I saw signs of a mouse problem in my apartment and asked my landlord to schedule an exterminator. They put me in touch with Pestechs, who they have a standing contract with. Pestechs took days to get on the phone. When they were in my apartment, they were rude and dismissive, basically telling me I was dirty and it was my fault. Most problematically, they said they were setting out traps and then proceeded to leave without setting a single trap. They were here for maybe 15 minutes and made me feel awful. In the month since, I've seen mice in my kitchen and my living room. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but whatever my landlord paid was entirely too much for the total lack of customer service and lie about setting traps.

Pestechs are very thorough and responds promptly to your requests for service.

I got in at a great price and the service was consistent if average for a year plus. Communication is the main issue. I introduced my friend to David Gonzalez over email twice and he never got in touch to do a price quote. I eventually left because when i had a bee problem and called, no one returned my call and the second time i called, i was told someone would come out to verify if i needed a bee keeper or if they could service me. I was told that someone would come out on 2 separate days and nothing happened. No communication as to why they didn't show up or a rescheduling call. I was the one who called them 4 times trying to get help. So absolutely no effort to even look at my situation in 11 days. They are fine if you want normal average spraying on the outside of your house and can get a deep discount.
