The company seems far more interested in collecting payment than actually providing quality service. Communication was poor, expectations were poorly managed, and when problems came up there was little effort to address them in a meaningful way.
Do not use this company. They keep illegally sneaking on my property, spraying pesticides and charging me $150 each time for services I did not request! I have tried many times to stop them and have been unable to. They sent me to credit bureaus. This is harassment. Don't hire them at any cost!
We saw a couple of mice in our home in Rockville and were pretty worried since we’ve never experienced this before. Frontline was prompt and so helpful in helping us do an inspection (Thank you, Mr. Moore) and then coming to set the traps and seal off entry points. Wayne was extremely helpful in making me feel at ease and assess the situation for me inside-out, even with the snow outside! I’m hoping I don’t deal with mice anymore, but highly recommend Mr. Moore and Wayne to anyone that might need pest control services!

Be careful with signing up the contract. They keep charging you monhtly even after the contract is over. This is after the rep convinced me that the contract would be cancelled after the term was over. But no! this is for: Frontline Pest Control 8733 Quarry Road Suite 101 Manassas, VA 20110
“My experience with Pest Control Services Limited was excellent. Their team arrived on time and handled the work very professionally. I had a major issue with cockroaches and ants at home, but everything was controlled in just one visit. The chemicals they used were safe and had no bad odor. Service quality, staff behavior, and results – everything deserves 5 stars. I am completely satisfied and would definitely recommend them to others.”
No call, no show while time was taken off from work! 2 days AFTER the appointment received an email with an excuse to not showing up, they could not get into gate but did not call or email two numbers that were provided and email on file.
Sales person came to my house and assured me they could take care of hornets nest at my house. When the technician came out he took one look and told me he couldn’t do it and started arguing with me about it. I asked him to leave and he became extremely hostile. Absolutely awful. AVOID.
We have Frontline for general pest control, but now we needed them for a major wasp nest removal. I called and they sent someone quickly. Wayne Mendoza was our technician. He arrived faster than expected and eliminated the problem with ease and professionalism. I asked him about some potential other services and he made some great recommendations. I've never had a bad experiences with any of their techs, but i'll request Wayne because I like the way he works!
I called Frontline today to cancel my annual subscription (which began in early September 2024), and was surprised to learn that the account is immediately closed on the day you request cancellation. This means you lose access to the service right away, even though you’ve already paid for the month in advance. Be cautious when planning to cancel or renew — the policy isn’t clearly communicated. When I called to request clarification, I was simply told, “We’re sorry, there’s nothing we can do… unless you open a new account.” Overall, a terrible customer experience!!
Extremely frustrated with Frontline, absolute horrible customer service. I told Frontline when I first started my contract that I don't want spraying done outside my house, only inside. Frontline has automatically scheduled services to come spray outside my home for the next day FOUR TIMES. Each time I have to waste my time calling them and repeatedly saying to stop scheduling outdoor spraying. Beyond ridiculous. In addition, my credit card was charged $59 out of the blue for services that were never performed. I had to call once again to ask for a refund. I will never use Frontline again, absolutely no regard for what a customer requests. I would suggest everyone check their credit card statements regularly to ensure Frontline isn't charging for services not provided.
Called Frontline in the morning about my wasps problem and the representative, who was very professional and friendly, gave me a very reasonable quote and promised to have someone out to my property by 3 pm the same day. Jeff the technician called to inform me, he was on his way and would be here in about 15 minutes. When the the technician arrived, he introduced himself. He got right to work on solving my wasps problem. Jeff was very professional and did a great job of getting rid of the wasps and it's nest. I will definitely be calling Frontline the next time I have any sort of pest problem.
The service provided by technician Dimitri was excellent. He thoroughly inspected all areas, quickly identified the main issue, and promptly addressed it. He went above and beyond in his work—thank you for the outstanding service.
I spoke with a person in the call center and specifically asked if the technician who would come for the initial visit would do an assessment of the outside of the property, including surveying potential entry points for mice. I was told he would, and that he would have all of the equipment necessary to do so. I was given an original window of 9 AM - 11 AM which was quickly moved to 1015 AM -1215 PM. At 1213 the worker called me and said he had been overbooked by the call center and was an hour away from arrival. He was true to his word and arrived just less than an hour later. He briefly looked around the entry way to the garage then gave me a quote for general pest control, which would include mice. I asked if he had any of the equipment with him to survey for potential entry points and he said he did not but the actual technicians who come to carry out services do. I thanked him for his time and he left. The call center worker very specifically lied to me to get me to schedule a visit then had me spend nearly four hours of the day waiting for an overbooked worker to arrive and give me a quote instead of performing a thorough assessment of the property as was promised. I absolutely would not recommend using Frontline.
I called just looking for an estimate explaining I had a serious mouse problem, and Frontline sold me on services that seemed like they would come spray, treat, etc. Because my problem was so pressing, I was desperate to find a service and this sounded like a good option. It turns out, Frontline only plugs holes and puts down bait traps for mice, something I could’ve done. They didn’t even fully evaluate the problem area I noted (my attic). I probably should’ve payed closer attention, but when I went to cancel they threw a $200 contractual cancellation fee in my face. Now I’m out several hundred dollars, mice are still running through my attic, snakes have come in my house because they were attracted to the mice, and I’m going to have to find a pest company that actually will help. Read your contract carefully - their services are things you can do entirely yourself.
Customer service was excellent! Wayne Mendoza came by and was super friendly setting everything up and walked us through everything we needed. Great experience and my family and I feel we are in good hands.
Wayne rang the doorbell and I declined service on 9/16 because he was at my house 2 weeks prior on 8/29. So no service was performed. He stated that he could see the product that he put down on 8/29 and agreed the service wasn't needed. However, he came back 4 days later on 9/20 and did the service anyway without my knowledge. I was charged, and I think it's bad business to try and service a client twice in one week when I specifically declined. I've canceled this service.

Donte was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He was also patient, and took the time to listen and discuss my concerns. His service did not feel rushed and seemed thorough! He also explained his plan for follow-up to ensure problem resolution. I was highly satisfied with the service he provided!

I recently signed up with Frontline pest control for fumigation services before moving into my new house. The process was a smooth and straightforward, I called received a quote I was happy with for the service to be provided and a technician was scheduled to come the next day! Wayne was my technician for the day, he called me 20 minutes before arrival. He did his job well while explaining to me what the treatments were and how they would work throughout the entire process as I walked around the house with him. He was also very friendly and professional. It was just our first treatment so we will see how well the treatments will work but so far so good! I look forward to working with them!

This was our initial experience with Frontline due to a significant, bald faced hornets nest. Both the representative and the technician were super friendly enable to help us out. Amazingly quick turnaround. We called at night and the technician was there first thing in the morning. He removed the hornet hotel with, much courage and bravery and also treated the rest of our property making sure we were completely satisfied with his service. Highly recommend Frontline.
