I have had a contract with Brody Brothers for the past three years now for pest control, and termite monitoring. The company is very responsive to calls, and they are very knowledgeable. I also like the fact that they text you to let you know who the technician is that is coming, and let you the person is on their way. They usually send Ty out to my home, which I like because he is professional, knowledgeable, and he knows my home.

With Brody Bros it's easy to setup an appointment, their scheduling staff is very communicative, and their service staff are professional and thorough. The summer after we moved into our house, we started seeing a few water-bugs, but ever since Brody Bros started coming by, we've been pest free. Their pricing is decent, too. You pay a subscription which gets you scheduled quarterly treatments for major pests. And if you ever need it, they'll come by and do another unscheduled treatment whenever.

My neighbors recommend Brody Brothers to me and I’m so glad they did. Mike and team came out within a few days of me reaching out. They spent a lot of time thoroughly investigating my concerns around several pest issues I was experiencing. They laid out several treatment options, even crawled into the crawl space and found things my home inspector missed when I bought the house! Mike is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind! I have not seen a single pest in over two weeks and Brody brothers has been out twice to check in person and lay out fresh traps just in case. Signed up as a new customer with Brody Brothers based on their good online reviews. Service was performed by young technicians on 4/27. Immediately upon departure of the technicians, I noticed a significant and deep scratch over one foot long on newly finished hardwood floors. This scratch occurred directly in the area where the technicians were working around our dishwasher. I informed the company within 5 minutes of my discovery of the issue, and the same technicians returned back and apologized. A few days later another field manager came and inspected the damage and apologized, informing me they would reach out with resolution. Shortly after, I received a call denying liability and that they would not resolve the damage they caused on our hardwood floor. Depot manager refused to request owner of company or any senior management to call me back and stone walled any further action by Brody Brothers.

We were really happy to find Brody, a well-reviewed, longtime local company. Our initial visits with Ari (termites 😬) were great. He clearly knows what he's doing, enough so to sell us on an annual maintenance contract for all of our bug problems. He offered suggestions on how to reduce exposure and further send off other, typical critters (crickets, ants, fleas, ticks, etc.). The sort of guy I'd invite to stick around for dinner if only it wouldn't seem weird -- or if it wasn't 2p. I digress. Ari came back after the sale to provide our Sentricon installation and setup. Since then, we've had fairly impersonal service, confusion as to what services we should expect to be performed, told we didn't have to be home for service, but did. Two of our "xxxx is on his way!" emails provided photos but no name. If you can snap a pic, you surely can get the name. Of further note, both of those emails (and seriously, why don't you text?!) arrived WITH the techs report and not before he showed up. I'm one of those obnoxious people who likes to be able to open my door, extend a hand and say, "Hi, you must be Ari! I'm Michele Homeowner! Welcome! Come in. Can I get you something to drink?" As a fellow provider of personal services (pet care), maybe it's unfair of me to expect what I provide to my clients to be duplicated in kind by my service providers. But I'm just not feeling it with these guys, and other than the first two termite visits, haven't seen the same dude twice. I'll likely be looking for another company once our contract is up. Brody is certainly not a bad company and likely perfectly awesome for others, their business model just doesn't work for us.

As much as we can, we do try to keep the same technician for our routes however sometimes we have to change a technician to accommodate a schedule change such as a sick day or trainings. For homes that have termite monitoring, that is usually a different technician than the one that comes out for the regular pest service. <br><br>Our notification system should also be providing names along with pictures when you receive the email that the technician is on their way. I will look into this to see why this wasn't the case so it can be corrected. <br><br>I hope I have addressed your concerns. I had my upstairs unit treated on January 17,2025 for mice. The tenant wanted them to come back a week later for a follow up which I was not there for,but his notes said there was no activity. My tenant moved out on January 31. I had them come back out a week later because I left a piece of bread out and a mouse took it. On February 4 the exterminator came back out and the mice had not eaten any of the bait he left. I then asked him to check behind the stove and there were mouse droppings. I then asked him if he had checked it last week and he said he hadn’t. Well what is the point of doing a follow up if you’re not going to check all areas. It also shows that the mice are not taking the bait because they know to avoid it. So I asked what’s next since they are not taking the bait and you can’t figure out how they are getting in. He then showed me small spaces that I can seal up. So he what’s to continue to put down bait that the mice won’t eat and for me to seal areas he should be sealing. This company has to offer more than the bare minimum.

This is a scam approach. They want you to sign up for a quarterly plan rather that addressing the rodent problem efficiently the first time. There is no incentive for them to do the job right the first time since they want to keep you paying them for years on end. No Thank You!!!!!

I called these guys and booked an appointment for an estimate, then one week later they called me and said they overbooked themselves and don't have enough technicians to fulfill all their appointments, so they had to cancel and couldn't rebook. I mean I already knew airlines did this stuff, but I wasn't expecting it from a pest control service. I recommend finding a more reliable company.

Brody Brothers started off strong. They require a year long contract, which can be a bit inconvenient. They laid mice and cockroack traps and inspected and spray the house perimeter. We would call with issues such as drain flies of carpet beetles and they would offer advice, however this advice is the same that we had already read off the internet, so nothing novel. They rarely sprayed inside the house unless i specifically asked them to. I was disappointed that the last few visits the just walked the perimeter and didnt even ask to come inside. They stopped checking and replacing traps. In the end the mice situation seems under control. But the spiders and bugs in the house never decreased. We ended up just buying commercial bugspray and taking care of it.
