We had Richard and Derek come out to our location and both technicians were great! They are both very knowledgeable and were very respectful and responsive. After the first visit, we noticed a huge difference with less cockroaches. We have never had cockroaches so we were very confused as to where they were coming from. Richard told us a lot of times the eggs come in boxes from shipment deliveries (Amazon, SHEIN, etc). We are hoping they won’t need to be back for cockroaches, but we will definitely be using them in the summer for mosquitoes and other pests. Highly recommend using their team!!

Excellent service. Quick response time and really know how to resolve the pest problems thoroughly. I've hired them for bees and later removal of an unrelated hornet's nest. Highly recommend them.

I found ARTERIX to be easy to communicate with (by phone and email, and by text with the technician). We were able to manage some scheduling issues; they are VERY accommodating. The fact that they guarantee their treatments and will return as needed was a huge reason I chose this company. I especially appreciated Derek’s willingness to explain the process and how it works. I learn something new every time he comes to the house. He is very personable and professional. The aim of ARTERIX is to solve the problem and satisfy their customers. I think they are a solid company who knows their skills and demonstrates a dedicated work ethic.

They did a good job getting rid of yellow jackets near our front porch!! Chance came out twice and was very helpful and informative. Seems like they are gone! They said it’s guaranteed for 6 months which I really appreciate. Highly recommend.

Arterix – Beekeepers have provided outstanding service and helped us multiple times now with yellowjackets in our home and yard, mice, and carpenter bees. Regarding the yellowjackets in our home, Art quickly found where the yellowjackets were coming into the house – through a hole in the mortar of our exterior brick wall, traveling through the gap between the exterior wall and drywall and into the bedroom through a gap next to the air duct. Art treated the yellowjackets and solved our problem. He also later treated 2 yellowjacket nests in our yard, also solving that problem. The Arterix technicians also treated mice in our attic. They found where the mice were entering the home through a small gap next to an external hose bib and sealed the gap, effectively eliminating our mice problem. They also provided an attic disinfection service afterwards to sanitize this space where the mice were. Finally, Arterix effectively treated carpenter bees in our deck. We tried to treat the carpenter bees for years on our own, trying multiple tactics that never worked. After the bees caused extensive damage to our wood deck, we finally called Arterix, and they eliminated our problem within 1 treatment. We’ve also found Arterix to be very reasonably priced for the high quality of work they do. For all of these problems they solved for us, my only regret is not calling them sooner.

Being a realtor, I work with many contractors, and by far Arterix Pest Control has been the most professional I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Dealing with pests is never enjoyable—especially when it’s in your own home—but Art and Dereck made the process so much easier. They were incredibly responsive, professional, and supportive throughout. Dereck, in particular, was caring, knowledgeable, and took the time to address all my concerns. Their service also comes with a warranty, which provides great peace of mind. I highly recommend them!

I am so grateful to Arterix Pest Control. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to solve our mouse trouble. We had 2 technicians who served us, Todd and Derek. Both were very friendly and informative. Derek gave suggestions to prevent future problems and even got rid of a wasp nest that was forming before it grew bigger as he was checking the premises. I'm happy to have a company I can depend on if we ever have a pest problem (hopefully we never do). Thank you!

I had my second very positive interaction with Arterix and Chance the tech today. The last time Chance was here was last December to take care of a yellow jacket infestation in my house, which he did. Today he was back to take care of a yellow jacket nest in the ground in my back yard. Chance is THE BEST. His friendly and professional demeanor put me at ease right away. He always gives an explanation of what is going on and answers all my questions . I would highly recommend Arterix (and Chance). They are quick to respond and are very easy to work with and great customer service.

Update - I never received the refund Art offered. I talked to Art on the phone and am honestly very disappointed. He asked me to contact my credit card company to sort this out, but I don't feel that's fair to me when this isn't my fault and he's the one who offered the refund. (I didn't ask for one.) When I asked if he could just Zelle me for it, he refused, stating that he'd be out a $13 credit card fee. I said that since it was his responsibility to ensure the refund he offered went through, that it should be his responsibility to make it right, even if it means losing out on $13. He said if that's how I feel, then I need to file a claim with my credit card company, and I can wait another 45 days for him to send me a check. That's what I'm doing now. I'm really disheartened that this is how this has gone. I wish I'd been more diligent checking my credit card statements to see if the refund had actually gone through, versus taking Art at his word, but unfortunately that's life. Live and learn! If you hire Arterix, be sure to check your billing thoroughly. I had a really negative experience with Arterix and will unfortunately be searching for a different pest control provider. The tech who showed up was rude and insulting.(context: he mentioned that most people discover termites when they hang things on the wall, and I said I hoped I would have found them if they were there since I'd hung a bunch of pictures. He said he noticed the creepy dolls.... Um, what? My dolls aren't hung on the wall? And why are you randomly insulting me in my own home? He gave me a very insincere apology and kept cracking jokes that made me uncomfortable, to the point where I was relieved when he finally left.) He then proceeded to leave my backyard gate open despite meeting my dog, and my dog got out because of it. I spoke with his manager who understood my frustrations (though saying you get it because your mom is defensive about her own creepy dolls...not the point and doesn't help), but having thought on it, I don't feel comfortable hiring Arterix again. I hope they learn from this experience and that others have a better time with them. Edit: Art called me, apologized profusely, made no excuses, and said he wasn't going to charge me for this visit. If that's how seriously the owner of the business takes this, I have no doubt they'll do better in the future
