Cropp Metcalfe installed a new furnace in our attic a few years back. We kept having trouble with the furnace turning off, and a tech came out to look at it and fixed what they thought was the ultimate source of the problem. Even though the problem kept reoccurring a fix was made, and we were told if it happened again to set up another appointment. Enter.Hungh Cin. I waited all day on a Sunday for a service that never came. I scheduled service between 12 and 5 pm on a Sunday (I don’t know why times can’t be narrowed down more but I can live with that). Instead they called at 9:30 and offered to come in 15 minutes, which wasn’t going to work. I was scheduled on 1/24/24 with a window from 12-5pm. I received a phone call at 10:50am (i’m at work) and it was a lady on the phone asking if the technician could come earlier like 11:30am-12:00pm. My job is 7 minutes away from my house so I said yes that’s fine. At 11:02am (mind you i’m still at work), I received a ring on my call box that’s at the entrance of the building. I answered from my phone & I told Bernard, I was expecting him to be there at 11:30am-12pm but you are here 28 minutes e
