I have used Buddy Glazier, and his team, repeatedly, for fifty years. All of the technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and well trained. Today, I had an appointment for Dave to inspect my house for bugs, and rodents. His inspection was thorough and he treated all of the problem areas. I highly recommend Infestation Control, and I will continue to use them!
I have been receiving extermination services from Infestation Control since 2024, and Justin G. has been outstanding. He is always on time, professional, and very thorough at every visit. Justin clearly explains what treatments he is using, what to expect afterward, and he always take time to answer my questions. He is respectful of my home and very careful and detailed in his work. Thanks to Justin, I feel much more comfortable and confident about pest control in my unit. I truly appreciate his consistent efforts and highly recommend Justin and this company. C. Watts
We loved working with Michael. He was thorough with his treatment plan and clear in explaining his approach and thought process with us. Karen and Patty were very helpful on the phone ahead of the service call, too. This was our first time working with Infestation Control, and it was a great experience. It really showed that this is a smaller, family-oriented company that values its customers and isn't rushing through each job. They'll definitely be our first call in the future.
Company technicians could not be more responsive and pleasant to work with. Would definitely work with them over any other pest control company.
Called for a quote, the receptionist was kind of rude, didn’t get a chance to really experience the company but may give it another try. People can have bad days and good days

It is possible that your call was initially taken by an off-site messaging service if our lines were currently busy. While not an excuse, I can’t directly control the tone of the message taker. If it was one of the ladies in our office whom you spoke to, I will certainly dig in further and address it. I do hope that you’ll give us a shot and allow us to prove why we have been able to become a company frequently recommended by neighbors, friends, and family. In the meantime, I’d appreciate it if you would remove the 1-star review as it can be quite impactful or misleading for a small, family owned and operated company such as ours that doesn’t actively harvest large amounts of reviews from our clients. So grateful and satisfied with the services Infestion Control provide to our home. Our technician Danny is phenomenal. Personal and kind, attentive, and professional. Would whole-heartedly recommend him!!
Justin Glazier was very efficient as he took care of the Yellow Jackets that were in the basement. We were also happy that Infestation Control was able to make it to our house the after I called. I highly recommend!
Spectacular company. Service from the office staff is beyond exceptional. The office staff is knowledgable responds very, very quickly, listens and understands the issues I've had and acts accordingly. The "field" staff is professional, personable, brilliant and caring. A delight to deal with. Mouse infestation resolved, crickets gone as well as the ants. I'm 1000% confident that what ever issue I may face in the future, Infestation Control will take care of it completely and quickly.
Service was good, but the office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional!! There are too many other pest control companies in the area that don’t have this issue. I do not recommend!
Ken from Infestation Control found the source of the flies finding their way into the downstairs from the attic: a dead raccoon, which he carefully bagged and took away. He did a thorough inspection of where it might have gotten in, and had good advice on preventing future incursions. Last year another of their staff got rid of the yellow jackets that started a nest by the back door to the deck. In both cases their patience and experience dealt with the problem efficiently and without drama. And they were able to come around within a day. Very satisfied.
I had to share my review of this amazing company! We had used another company for years but when it was bought by a larger company their service went way downhill. Our house, mainly my office, was being overrun by ants and mice were enjoying our basement. The other company came out multiple times to try to exterminate the problem and after we'd spent tons of money trying to plug holes and do whatever else they recommended, they finally told us there was nothing more they could do. After hearing great things about Infestation conrol I called them. Ken came over and was beyond kind and helpful. He was super easy to work with, explained everything and I have not seen a single ant or mouse since he left! I would recommend this company 100%! Thanks Ken!

My review was removed, so I will write another. Buddy (one of the owners) was very nice and encouraged me to purchase a year contract to eliminate rodents from my crawlspace. He placed traps in crawlspace and outside house and periodically came and checked them over the year and caught a few baby mice/rats in the crawlspace traps; but then after the year he wouldn’t come back and clean up the poison, traps (inside and out), or finish the job, even after numerous requests. I called the other owner, but he wouldn’t call me back either. If you want a thorough, professional extermination job, I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Good morning. While there is only a first name associated with this review, we would like to reply in the best way possible, as we take our reviews, and overall customer satisfaction very seriously. I have looked through our system and can only find one account matching this name that has cancelled a preventive service with our company over the last 5+ years, so I will reply based on that service history. If this does not match, please reach out to me directly so that we can make things right. As you stated, Buddy (the founding partner in 1979) first performed an inspection and service for the control of rodents at the property on May 18, 2020. He then followed up, at no additional cost to you on May 21, May 29, June 9, and July 14th, 2020. Based on the activity levels, in and around the home, a regular quarterly preventive service was recommended as the most economical way forward for you as the homeowner. The first quarterly pest and rodent control service was performed on July 16th. Buddy followed up further (no additional cost) on July 22, July 31, August 31, and September 30. The remaining 3 quarterly preventive services were performed on October 8 2020, January 4 2021, and April 1 2021 with no report of any further activity or need for service in-between these 3 quarterly visits. Over our 12 month agreement, we made 14 visits to the home with 9 of the 14 being courtesy no-cost "extra"/follow-up services. As is standard for our company, we were responsive and accommodating to every request. In no way did we leave your property, or our duties to serve you "un-finished". Additionally, in our 40+ years in business, I cannot recall a time when rodent control equipment would be left at a property after a customer requested it be removed. While we take pride in our very low cancellation rate, we routinely pick up equipment at the request of a customer when their house goes up for sale, etc. Cleaning up droppings, or other waste associated with ongoing rodent activity is not part of the scope of our work under a typical preventive service agreement however. I am very confused what would prompt such a negative review 20+ months after we last performed service at the property, but we will always do whatever it takes to treat each customer, potential customer, or member of our community fairly, and honestly. If you still feel that this was not the case, please reach out to me directly. If not, we would sincerely appreciate you updating this review. Where to begin to tell the tale/tail of this amazing, health & safety/sanity-saving business!!! From the first panic- inspired call, due to a Mouseketeer infestation, the Team at IC was concerned, responsive and ensured the owner of the company, Buddy phoned to answer my immediate questions and areas of concern. Sidebar: We previously enlisted the help of another local pest control service, whom we had a longstanding contract with. They proved completely incapable of assessing & remediating this situation. Charging a ridiculous fee to boot. Anytime you hear someone talk about an Exclusion Program, thank them, and just say, “No. Buddy came out not once, not twice, but so frequently, I questioned whether he’d joined the family. He was determined to eradicate & outsmart our mice. I am happy to say— at this point— I believe we are mouse free, and I can’t recommend this business highly enough for all the above reasons and more. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
