Poor communication and unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled for 10am and 12pm. They did not come during the scheduled time, and I received no communication that they would be late. I called the company to try and request an estimated time of arrival and was told that the tech would contact me, this happened twice. When I called 6 hours after my appointment time to cancel, I was informed that the appointment had already been canceled, with once again, no communication. This is the third
