Update #3 because I can’t make a separate review! I can’t say enough about Sam and Keith. They were so kind, clear, and informative as they took on a pretty extensive attic project for me! Constantly gave progress updates and made me feel really confident in the investment I was making! Also shoutout to Logan for suggesting the attic inspection to begin with! Original: Jontrell was wonderful! Timely, professional, sprayed every inch of my property. Every experience has been positive with Fox! Updated review: can’t say enough great things about Cole! Came for one issue and was so thorough in his assessment ended up finding and eliminating a 50+ wasp nest that would have easily plagued my 2nd floor! So grateful for timely and excellent service!

Unprofessional Service and No Follow-Up Fox Pest Control has been extremely unprofessional. I was promised service and waited at home all day, but no one showed up. I’m disabled, and this caused me a great deal of inconvenience. Despite repeated calls where I was assured a supervisor would contact me, no one ever followed up. My card continues to be charged even though I haven’t received the services I’m paying for. It’s been over a month since they promised me mattress covers, which I still haven’t received. This feels like a rip-off. I’ve now demanded they discontinue my service and refund my money. I would strongly caution others to avoid this company based on my experience.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I never authorized auto debit on this account yet the did any way leaving me with a $30 nsf fee. When asked about the issue they said oh we don’t pay for fees your bank issues you. This is their fault they auto debited without my proper authorization so I want my money back and they can cancel the contract.

Clearly this company is unprofessional Guy came my house 3 different times knocking ( I HAVE NO TRESPASSING SIGN UP) he looked up saw signs and ignored it 3rd time I went to door he feeding lies about Fleas than proceeded tell me neighbor sent him to my house saying I have fleas which I was about go to neighbors asking why they sent him to my house I looked back at video footage which he lied neighbor never talked him shitty sales there nobody likes being lied to for sale

I would not recommend Fox Best Control. The workers don’t actually work , they just pretend to be doing something while wasting time. The contractors are unprofessional, constantly playing around instead of taking the job seriously. On top of that, they’re dishonest and will lie straight to your face. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually values honesty, hard work, and professionalism.

I signed a contract with them for a year. A worker arrived with no intention of doing anything, and the worker said he wasn't going to do anything that day because he wasn't carrying any extras and that he would return. Two months went by, and no one returned. They charged me for the two months, and when I called to cancel, they charged me $250 more, a total of $350 without receiving any service.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Fox Pest Control. I was told by their contractor, Cameron, that services would be provided monthly and that there would be no cancellation fee if a 1st service wasn't completed. That turned out to be a complete lie. The technician who came to inspect my property did absolutely nothing, he stayed in his truck, took some photos, and then left saying he'd come back another day because he "didn’t have equipment." He never returned, and yet they had the nerve to mark the service as completed. That’s blatant dishonesty. When I called to cancel and explained what happened, I was still charged. I paid $250 plus monthly fees for lazy, unprofessional work that never actually happened. This company is a scam and operates on fraudulent practices. I felt completely lied to and taken advantage of. Avoid Fox Pest Control at all costs

Unsolicited salesman showed up to our house 2 days in a row. Second salesman lied about knowing my husband and lied about having an appointment to come spray. I sent him away because I was unaware and it just didn’t sound right. He was also talking to himself outside and walking around my husband’s vehicle (he was out of town). That’s actually insane behavior and can be very dangerous especially if someone is alone with young kids. This needs to be addressed. Don’t use this service.

A man representing your company knocked at my door, continuously because he could see me inside. I told him I didn’t need his service as I had my own and he started making horrible faces while looking at my house. “You actually have someone? Look at your house. It’s nasty with bugs everywhere.” Way to go fella. You think I’m buying something from you now? Not to mention the “no soliciting sign at the entrance. Your sales person was rude and pushy.

To begin with, our neighborhood has NO SOLICITATION signs posted. Door to door salesmen (First one, then another, then the first one again) returned twice within an hour after already being told we weren't interested. We didn't appreciate the disturbances. Please do better.

This company continues to sink to new lows! First I could not get them to come finish the job I paid them for, they would not call me back no matter how many calls and voicemails and emails I left, so I left a review explaining what had happened then they finally contacted me and came back and asked me to please change my review and I did, because I thought it had been a big mix up and this how I was thanked. I have had a landlord who lives on the property and has been nothing but a nightmare who stole or let people steal anything that could be sold or traded out of his living space and now him and fox pest control has taken my services after he didn't renew my lease at the last minute and was no where to be found when they came back to spray so now Fox Pest Control and him have taken my account and transferred his information to it and now he's apparently the customer and is probably even getting my family's military discount when he's got Zero ties to my family or the military!!! My family members have served their country put their lives on the line going back past the 1800's just to start with and they didn't even bother to call me and ask if it was OK to give this man everything of mine that I spent the time searching and calling company's and setting everything up becoming their customer and they didn't even bother to find out if I just wanted to transfer the service to my new location which I would have done, but what am I going to do share the service with this creep who I don't even want knowing what town I'm moving to? I also know that they did all of this cuz Dillon was here Thursday morning asking me what was going on why is his information on the account now and I started to ask about my family's discount and stuff, but the creepy landlord was heading towards him and he said he would talk to me about it before he left, but he didn't come back to talk to me, so of course I've started calling them about this, but I already know the only way I'll get a response from them is is to put it on here, but nothing can fix this huge disrespectful insulting mess and let's not forget theft of my account. So if you become a customer of theirs any piece of crap that you know can just come take over your service. I left a terrible review because I had 1 company that didn't help me and I thought it had happened again, however the company called me back it was just a miscommunication and they had Dillon here the next day and he was very kind and very thorough. I appreciate everything and I definitely would recommend them. Thank you
