10 days and no follow up on their proposal to me.

I liked that they didn’t push extra services every few minutes like some companies do. We only needed help with fleas after adopting a stray cat, and the technician focused on that issue directly. The smell faded quickly afterward too, which mattered because my kids are sensitive to strong odors.

Kennivar is a superior representative of the company. Kind gentleman and very prompt and professional and thorough My home was built 16 years ago and your company has treated it since original build and Kennivar has been the specialist for past 5-6 years. He is excellent

My initially thought was a little weary due to some communication disconnects, but I am pleased with the actual service and follow up. They treated my property well. And showed up when they said they would.

Possibly more of a reflection of an individual rather than the whole company BUT - just about the bottom of the barrel as far as customer service goes. I ended up asking the gentleman to leave my property after he became argumentative and dismissive of each point I raised (I've never had to be such a "Karen" but it was pretty bad). I could tell from the moment he pulled up that he did not think he needed to be here - and this is a Supervisor. He did not answer basic questions I had about the termite bait stations and when asked to step through a logical question he refused and simply stated "I am a professional". As he was getting into his truck I stated that this was a terrible customer service experience to which he yelled back across my driveway, "you're a terrible person". So throw a personal attack on top of it all. Will be promptly moving my business to Fox Pest Control who are polite and more customer oriented. To the management: As someone who deals in customer service frequently, a qualified technician is not always your best bet for customer interactions. He may very well be a great tech, but he needs a class or two. Elements he missed completely are: empathy, problem solving, communication, active listening, patience, positive attitude, and CRM.

The worker explained everything he was going to do to prevent roaches. So far, I have not seen any roaches since he sprayed very nice young man.

Louisiana Pest Control gave me a fair and reasonable quote for their services. I received great service from them them would definitely recommend them.

I don't know how the staff and all are but I've read the reviews and they're helpful. Take this under consideration: from now on have every customer pay the invoice for service, book a service by calling or online, and other services online. The reason behind this is to save the trees, environment, polluting, reduce cluttered papers, etc. GEAUX GREEN!
