If i could do no stars! Is what i would! But not an option! Arrow pest control is a joke! I have been with them since 2018 and the owners before we owned the home with them. Find out we do not have termite damage warranty. Who knew that was more? Well we just found out the $300 a yr we have been paying for centricon is warranted only if you get termites they will come retreat only. Not pay for damages. Well why do pay that much? He showed up right on time for the estimate, was very professional, and gave some really helpful recommendations on the best plants for my yard. Customer Service is great! Ready to help with any issues or concerns. Our service rep Kentrae is wonderful. Orkin always sends a notification of the 2-hr time frame they will be arriving, when they are on their way, and when they’ve arrived. Besides the regular service plan, they always let us know to contact them at any point for any reason and they will come between the regular service dates. We are so pleased, as every bug, insect, etc. that we had issues with were gone after the first visit
