I am very unimpressed with Orkin. They have a deal with my apartment complex and obviously don't care about how they treat their customers. Orkin has been to my apartment 5 times since I've moved in. This company is a scam. In the beginning they will say the contract is only for a year but it will roll over past that unless you call them to give them 30 days advance notice. I was out of the country and they said they came to my house to provide service and charge me twice. How can I get charge if im out of the country for 4 months? The local office is extremely rude and condescending when dealing with customers who are sharing poor experiences with their service. I was being serviced by Johnny (who is incredibly nice and pleasant) for years, however I cancelled as service was no longer needed. When calling for a one-off service inquiry, the office staff member I spoke with was rude and quite disrespectful.
