JA-ROY seems incapable of communicating with customers unless it is annual billing that is due. For THREE straight years since acquiring Dugas, I have had a technician call me while on my property wanting access, which could not be accommodated due to multiple dogs that need to be secured. Last year I spent 30 minutes on the phone with a scheduling manager that seemed to realize an issue on their end with the scheduling emails not being sent to me. He assured me the issue had been remedied.
