I dont know about the company itself, but the rep/salesmen Cameron that came out to our slidell neighborhood early this week was extremely rude and pushy. I understand you have a product and service to sell, but if you dont know how to take no for an answer, and your salespitch is that specifically named companies provide poor quality and do not do x y z "like romex does, you need more customer care training. I can honestly say when I called Michael, he went above and beyond to solve my animal problem. We have called multiple companies in the area who had terrible communication skills and were not clear with pricing. But not Chasin’ Tails, they are a veteran owned company which we love and Michael is a family man. Terrific service overall and they come highly recommended. Thank you again Michael, I will always use this company for future work.
Overall very helpful he pointed me in the correct direction for the product I needed. I also needed another product for either capturing or killing deer flies. He didn't seem to have any products available for that type of solution. That being said I had to figure out a new solution for myself. I would appreciate it if they would have all the solutions available and not just the sprays
