Thomas Thompson arrived promptly and was courteous, listened to my concern regarding an annoying ant issue we have been having inside the house, seemingly unrelated to food. He responded with what treatments he would be doing outside of our home. He understood and was respectful of why I did not want to have any treatments done inside the home. (Pets for one). Thank you Thomas and Arrow, who are always courteous and professional when I call and have been doing a fantastic job of keeping our home pest-free since 2007! Edited to add on 7/29/27 I cannot believe that your payment system is asking for tips. What?? Removing one star for this. Tasteless. 🤯
