ClearDefense Pest Control came out quickly when I called for pest control and the technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and the treatment worked right away. The Clear Defense team has been extremely helpful and accommodating from the introduction to their company and services, to the initial treatment, the quarterly treatments, and anything that has come up between services. The technicians are great and will work around your schedule so that the treatments are convenient for you. Atley was very helpful and polite, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We were Atley's last stop and he was happy to stay late to complete service! Great Service! When Ty arrived I asked if he could service our garage since I’ve seen a few spiders hanging around, he was happy to help and cleaned out some webs. After the service he let me know he was done and everything that was treated!

I contacted ClearDefense because I noticed some cockroaches in the house and told them that was the only concern I had. They initially said the service that they were recommending will eradicate all the cockroaches. After few months when we were still seeing roaches, they claimed they were German roaches and they will need different treatment for it. They knew we have both kind of roaches in the house when they started the service. Why not give all the details in the beginning instead of trying to surcharge the customers.

Ty with ClearDefense Pest Control is very knowledgeable & professional. Ty answered all my questions and concerns, & had everything he needed to rid all the pests that bug us... .....A year later (in May), I was told after a year the contract would end & no further action was needed. NOT! The last payment wasn't taken out till end of June. Didn't know until checked bank account. Not to mention, i had no idea what a mole cricket was or silver fish until they showed 3 months before my contract was up!??? 🤔 Something is not right & not adding up. 1 year ago I gave 5 stars but I can't give the same rating now.

Great service per the usual, Spencer came out and serviced myself today and just like previously very generous, kind and informative can’t say if he was early or late because I didn’t even get a reminder (yesterday)they were coming out today so good thing I was present. However my only issue is that I ask to have my same person service my home, no matter how far out I have to schedule or wait simply just prefer that individual even if a reschedule is necessary. Now my star rating is based off of that and being told after waiting a month maybe close to two for my requested person(that I was told was coming out today) is that they still send whomever they want… I simply look at it like this if you in the market of servicing people just do that, meaning all things under the guide of customer service. I’m only saying this as someone who been with you all for a while and continue to bring you business/recommend others. All I ask for is my same guy from day one that I’ve dealt with since I requested & waited.✌🏿&💜

Not reviewing their service, rather the management that sends their salesmen out door to door. These people constantly come knock on my door and try to sell me their business. I don't mind the door to door salesmen, but when it is dark outside I do mind it. It seems like monthly a different salesman is coming by my home and it is usually between 8:30 and 10 pm. Nobody should be knocking on a door to sell somebody something that late at night. Respect my privacy. Update 2/14/2025: THEY'RE BACK!!! After asking them to remove my address from their list of soliciting they were back at my home today. I told this owner that I did not want his minions stopping by my home. I was told my home was removed from their list and I would not be contacted again. So much for that..... they're back today. Bothering my family and not leaving me alone.

I had ClearDefense Pest Control come out today to treat my house. Caleb and Lauren came out and did an awesome job. They actually were early for the time scheduled which was a pleasant surprise. They not only sprayed the inside and outside but also removed spider webs and other things from eaves and other hard to reach places. I have a two story home and they were able to reach the hard to get to areas. Throughout the time they were here I was treated courteously and professionally. They were both very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them and their company.
