He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure all of my questions were answered, which I really appreciated. What really stood out was his attention to detail and how much he genuinely cares about doing a thorough job. You can tell he takes pride in his work—he didn’t rush and made sure everything was handled perfectly before he left. Darrion was very informative, courteous and thoughtful. He seemed very knowledgeable of his job and took the time to explain the steps to us regarding the termite traps. He listened to our questions and if he didn’t know the answer he said he would follow up with the answer.

I highly recommend a camera in your home if you live in a residential/commercial rental property that uses this company. There is video footage on Facebook posted as of 3 hours ago, a male employee in someone’s apartment taunting a dog locked in a kennel to the point of the dog defecating all over itself by the time the owner came home. They have yet to have the GM give a response back to the owner. If it was myself, I would’ve shown up at the business and shown the footage. Feel free to join Denham Springs Rants and Raves

Massey bought out my prior pest control company. Massey put on a good show at first, but their customer service declined. They started scheduling follow-up appointments on days I wasn't home and called to notify the day of the appt. The inside of my house stopped being treated and the one day I happened to be home for an appt I wasn't aware of, I had to call the technician to come back and treat the inside of my house. The inside of my garage and the front porch were infested with spider eggs that I have to end up treating myself due to lack of service that I paid on a quarterly basis. There were no updates on the $800 termite service I paid for either, I had several bate traps that ended up broken or missing due to not being set in the ground far enough. Needless to say, I didn't see a point in continuing my service. Massey was so desperate for their $89.00 (due to decline in business I presume) they had their General Manager, James Underwood call me/text me several times to collect when my card on file expired. When I informed him that I was too busy to keep calling in to complain about the service much less give them my updated card information so I could be further billed for their poor service, nothing was done to retain me as a customer except that I should have called to request for the inside of my house to be done. After explaining that I no longer want to do business to the General Manager, James Underwood I get rewarded with yet another bill for $89.00 and a letter threatening to send me off to collections, meanwhile I'm left to treat my own home to rid of the excessive amount of spiders that were left untreated by Massey "Services" INC. Upon further investigation, there have been other reports of people receiving the same poor service I have as well. The lack of customer service mirrors my own experience. Resolve Pest Control was great before Massey bought them. Once they took over, the techs never called or text or emailed to let me know they were coming. They would be at my home 5 minutes and then leave. When I called to cancel service, the lady said I was still going to be charged the quarterly $85 because I was already due for that quarter or some bs. Then a tech never even showed up to do a final service. So yeah, do not sign up for any service from Massey. Unprofessional and no integrity.
