Great company that does you right! Termites were found under my wood flooring last year and I had a damage warranty with my termite policy. They got right on it, eradicated the termite activity and replaced my flooring, no questions asked! They’ve got a customer for life. I’d recommend Bug Ninja to anyone!

I had received a mail advertisement for bug ninja termite prevention service and reached out. From the office person on the phone to the two gentlemen who came out to do the installation and inspection, their service was impeccable! Sherry was very professional and friendly on the phone and when Eric and Alex arrived to my house, they were top notch! Eric and Alex are a father-son team and three generations of their family have been in this business. They know what they are doing! Inspection and installation of the termite bait stations was very fast and efficient and Eric provided a very easy to understand explanation of the entire process, and how it works. I recommend them highly.

Termites were swarming at one of my rentals and tenant was freaking out. They fit me in on a busy day while my old pest control company said it would be 7 days. No termite infestation was found which reassured my tenant. Needless to say I will be using them for all my pest control services from now on.
