Heard about Natural Lawn on my favorite daytime show on WDEL .. The Rick Jensen Show. Shout out to Rick for recommending them. I was in need of some Ice Melt during the Snowmageddon of early 2026 and there was none to be found in the immediate area. I called Natural Lawn and spoke to Lauren, the Owner and pleaded my case. Although they were completely out of product at the time, she took my number and called when the Ice Melt came in. She sold me a 40lb. bag and had it delivered,, no delivery charge. What a God-Send !! I would recommend Natural Lawn to anyone looking for environmentally and Pet- safe products for their lawn and gardens. Great customer service was the Icing on the Cake ! Thank you Lauren and Natural Lawn. When you care about the Community, the Community cares about you 😊

The office staff are pleasant and knowledgable and work with you. Fernando is the gentlemen who takes care of the lawn. I have questions, he has answers. Missed one season not using them and it showed. Glad to be back....

Since using them, I've notice my lawn looks healthier.

We are absolutely thrilled with the Mosquito Ranger service from this office location! Before they came, our yard was practically unusable due to relentless mosquitoes. We tried everything but nothing worked until we called Mosquito Ranger. Special shout out to Lauren Euston...just about the best in the business for customer service, Bravo!. And extra shout out to Aaron Smith who treated our property. He was thorough and caring. Heck, he even left some puppy treats for our dog when he was done! Great experience and value!!

We love the staff and professionals that service our account and our property. They are always here when they say they will be and are friendly and very knowledgeable about their business. We weren’t able to sit outside at all before and now we greater freedom to enjoy our yard.

Our back yard really isn't usable late in the summer without mosquito ranger. We've used them for a few summers, and it really helps us make use of our outside space. The technicians are quick and friendly, and come and do their thing quickly. We always get a text the night before they come, which I appreciate. I have recommended to several neighbors, which actually has helped reduce mosquito population on our block- they've come back for additional seasons as well.

I'd recommend mosquito ranger any day of the week. I live in a community on the water that does not allow mosquito spraying because of a few neighbors. I contacted mosquito ranger and had them come out twice so far. The first time, unbelievably knowledgeable!!! I was given a history lesson on exactly everything and I appreciated that because others just want your money. I can now enjoy my yard the way I intended. My son who loves digging in the dirt can now do it bug free. My daughter can jump on the trampoline and not get bitten. My husband and I can enjoy a drink under the lights and not get bitten. Thank you mosquito ranger!!! Give them a call.. 100% customer and not a bot.

From the first person I talked to in the office to the service tech everyone has been very nice and the service is great as we have been working in our garden almost every day and sitting after on our outside deck having a glass of wine and have not had a mosquito yet, Thank you all for your hard work

The Mosquito Ranger process works great. We have had no issues in our backyard so far. I would recommend them to anyone with bug issues.

Used them in 2021 and had the best summer. Tried another company in 2022 and basically wasted my money so back to them again this year and every year! I can now enjoy my yard with my family and pet without being bit to death. Their techs that come out know the areas to really concentrate on as well and they are always so pleasant! Mosquito Eanger has been our go-to service for avoiding fleas, ticks and mosquitos for three years. They are professional, responsive and the service works! We spend more time outside with our dogs because we can enjoy our backyard without insect bites!

I use Mosquito Ranger at a swim club I manage in New Castle County. We are surrounded by trees and have a stream that runs around the back of our property which contribute to our mosquito problem. The treatments work wonders and give our members a much more enjoyable experience. They offer fair prices, are always on time, and are always willing to work around our hours of operation to make sure we have coverage. On top of that, Andrew is a great communicator and makes it easy to pay for his services with a verity of payment options.

The service they provide for mosquitoes, does not work, I complained from the very start, they told me to give it three services with no change, this last time, I spoke with the manager and let him know that I was not happy about the service,he told me that I need to call back and let them know.i explained that and said I did not want to pay, so Kevin the manager said he would not charge my card! So today 9/19/2020 they billed my card without Approval. So please people don’t give them your card Information! This is the first and last time I do business with this place!! I will be calling the Better Business bureau

I've used this service for a couple of years, but this year it's just terrible. I cancelled service after the tech didn't show up on the scheduled service day on several occasions. In addition, I have a ring doorbell camera so I can see the whole front yard, the tech wasn't even spraying the whole yard. He woukdv get out if his truck, spray into the air and leave. The Manager offers poor customer service and didn't seem to really care. When I was suppose get a free treatment due to the poor service they charged me anyway. Overall, the service has just declined. Update: really, you can't confirm I'm a customer? This isn't surprising since your Wilmington, De office kept addressing everything to Mr. Coll. Insert eye roll

We've been using Mosquito Ranger for the last three seasons and are very pleased with their services. We are especially thrilled that they offer an all Natural treatment, especially since our yard is established as a Backyard Habitat through the National Wildlife Federation! The technicians are awesome (Anthony and Sherman, I'm looking at you!). And, on the occasion that I've had to call the Office, I have received excellent customer service! Great company!

A great company to deal with and takes care of my mosquito problem and I live in woods! Anthony is the Best! Does an excellent job and is personable and a great guy! Kristen in the office is always helpful and takes care of anything I need in a very pleasant and informative way. And also John Goodman is always great to deal with also taking care of anything needed. I refer neighbors and family and friends!

I have been using Mosquito rangers for I believe this is the third season. They do a great job. It really allows me to use my deck. Anthony my technician does a great job He makes sure that the area around my deck is sprayed very well. My friends, family and pets appreciate his good work, as much if not more then I do.
