Technician is very friendly, conscientious and helpful in servicing our insect extermination requirements.

Carlos was awesome. I told my wife to call the company to tell them I only want Carlos to service us. He explained everything and gave me to best and only education on mice and rats

Dennis was tremendous. Phenomenal customer service skills. And the guy was really knowledgeable on termites. Highly recommended. It’s not often you come across a guy who is so good at killing termites. No-brainer.

Great customer service!

Because of all the random weather changes (hot then cold, rainy then sunny and then snowing), we noticed an increase in pests/insects in and around our house, and hiring Green Pest was the best solution. They had us on a 3-month schedule to regularly treat the areas in and outside our home. Scheduling those treatment dates was always super easy, they always had availability that worked with my schedule. Immediately we noticed less pests after our initial treatment, and Isaac was our specialist that would treat the home and he was always so friendly and knowledgeable. He was so thorough every time he treated our house, and he left us with plenty of traps so we were well stocked. He would tell us exactly what we needed to do to prevent pests from entering our home in between the treatments. Highly recommend using them!

We've been using Green Pest Solutions for years and are happy with the service. They provide quarterly treatments and it's very easy to schedule a service call any time we have a pest issue. The tech Isaac is very thorough and great at explaining everything and answering questions.

Chris B. Was wonderful. He was well experienced and took his time and telling me in detail what action to take, and results I should see. He was extremely thorough with places bait stations throughout my home. He was very pleasant and funny, which is always nice.

Wade was excellent. He was efficient ( sent a text that he was on his way), punctual, professional, checked to make sure he was using the right chemicals to kill the particular insect, courteous, and knowledgeable.

CJ is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable of the habits of mice and has been taking care of our home for over a year. We live in the woods and she has guided us through a difficult time when we were noticing a moderate amount of activity. Her strategy has significantly reduced activity and has reduced our stress. I would like to say when purchasing something or service explain that it’s a contract that I can’t get out of IF I NO LONGER WANT THE SERVICE. That is a scam ! You guys didn’t provide great communication skills . I scheduled appointments and nobody would show, I’ll to reschedule Chris came out informed me I would get a month free the month of November. I checked my bank statement I was charged for the month of December when I didn’t even get a call for an appointment for the month of December. I call the office I explained to the front desk I was charged without service, I was told I don’t GET SERVICE EVERY MONTH I get service quarterly! I then say why I’m not charged quarterly then because I’m not getting service monthly!!!! She had no answer I informed her I don’t want the service anymore she said “ you can’t close out your service because your in a contract for the next 10 months “ so I say I’m forced to be apart of something I no longer want ! HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHY IM PAYING MONTHLY FOR SERVICE I ONLY GET QUARTERLY? Why not charge me quarterly with my service?

Do not under any circumstances do business with Green (anything). Green Pest, Green Lawn, Green…… They may be affordable, but the frustrations you’ll encounter as a result of doing business with them will not be worth the price savings.

First time using them. The tech was professional and knowledgeable. I did learn some things speaking to her. She had a plan, but after discussing some items specific to our situation, she was able to adjust and accommodate. What remains to be seen is if the service was/is effective. But overall, a good experience thus far.

He was very focused on his work and completed it quickly. While I was sitting in my living room, he did not try to contact me or interact. I saw him move across the front of my house from the windows and then he placed the notes from the visit on my storm door and the truck left.

Great service but they pester you with emails to "rate the technician" which are just these google reviews.

I still observe big monsters (roaches) in the cabinets

We were not only present but outside the entire time when a Green Pest associate arrived at our home. He wasn't here more than a total of10 minutes, which included talking to us a few minutes. .. walked around once with a long brush in his hand and that was it. We received a message that the entire exterior of the hoe had been sprayed. Blatant lie, sadly, typical of the way many companies do business in this world.

My cousin was in my apartment to let the individual in and throughout his time there he was very inappropriate and unprofessional.
