Full service on bugs out side and in. I can not remember the name of the plan. I was not happy with the company before Greenix but at least they were response and customer service was on point. New customer and their product did not work as advertise. Now I expected at least 3-4x treatments to see results or improvement. But we never made it to the 2nd treatment. They said they will call the day before to verify. They call 30 minutes before hand. Had to reschedule. It took 5 weeks multiple phon

The service has gotten progressively worse and the price has gone up 1 1/2 times. The answer to every concern is to upgrade and the results are not there. Customer service is overseas. I've emailed numerous times to speak with a supervisor. After a week I had to call through customer service and wait 20 minutes for a supervisor to get on the line. I'm exhausted dealing with this company. Also, if you move before your contract is up you pay a penalty. So many different stories on what's included

I don’t know why this company has such high reviews but please save your money. These people send out someone to do a “service” and never let you know ahead of time when they are coming. They charge $50 a month but only come out whenever they feel like it. To make things worse their services don’t even work! I hired them on February and there has not been a single difference. I’ve had to buy things from Amazon to help the rodent issue I’m having and it has worked better than their “service.” The
