Sent me an invoice for a "renewal" of services I had never had, never paid for, and never received. Solicitation in such a manner is a violation of FTC laws. Another predatory company going after the elderly.

We had the best experience with David Young. So efficient and kind. Listened to our problems and fixed us up. He will now be coming back on a regular basis and hopefully our ant and bug issues will be a thing of the past! This company is lucky to have an employee who explains things so well!

We’ve used this company for about 5 years to maintain our termite letter for our home. They are very affordable. This year I had an issue with a technician showing up outside of the window I was given. I spoke to the owner, Mr. White, and he apologized and made it right. Also Shannon in the office was very helpful and understanding. 5 stars
