Called to cancel service after a rapid increase in pests following an initial service and got a 30 minute run around as to why pests would increase and then told that we would be charged $329 to cancel. Both the very young door to door salesman and the tech did not mention any charge should we choose to cancel and instead sold us on "if you cancel within 3 days you'll get your money back." Misleading, scammy, and ultimately much more costly as I had to purchase my own pest control products after my kitchen flooded with ants, earwigs, and carpet beatles. Beyond this, we clearly explained to the salesperson and tech we were only concerned about the ants because we are expecting another child within a week and wanted the issue handled before we were gone to the hospital for delivery. At no point was it explained to us to be a "flush out service" as the customer service manager attempted to explain to me. Overall, I am very unhappy with the service and sale this company promised and would not recommend anyone be trapped into 12 months of poor service and impossible to reach or communicate with customer service. As of this review, I've been given no other solution except them offering to respray my property, which I repeatedly explained I am not interested in because I do not have time for another wave of pests to come into my home right when I have a newborn.

They're scammers. A young guy comes to your house, convinces you with low prices, and tells you that you can cancel the service at any time—all lies. You have to pay for the whole year, no matter what. And when they come, if you're not home, they only spray the front of the house, and only once every three months. They're unprofessional. Don't sign up with them.

Same price as our last pest control service but they do twice the work! Definitely a good switch in my opinion

Very pushy salespeople. No means no, shouldnt have to tell you 3 times. I was in the shower when I heard my wife arguing with someone at the door, I caught up with the guy after I got out and he was nice enough kid but told me the company requires him to be told no 3 times before he can leave.....thats really not cool. Sales guy also wasnt in a marked truck, and some random guy walking through our yard made my wife very uncomfortable. 3 years later, new house in bentonville and the pushy sales people of Rumble strike again. After explaining that I already was using another company the individual started telling me how they were better than that company and my company wasnt doing it right. Then he kept asking how much my current company was charging. Just overall pushy and wouldnt stop after I told him no.

I had a terrible experience with Rumble Pest Solutions. Their door-to-door salesperson misrepresented the services and had me sign an agreement that was very different from what was verbally promised. I felt completely misled about what I was actually signing up for. When I tried to cancel, the process was extremely difficult and frustrating. I would strongly advise anyone to read every detail before signing and be very cautious about what their salespeople say. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I had the best experience with Rumble. The technician Dane came in a timely manner and he went over everything very well in a way I can understand and updated me in a timely manner. Thanks Dane and Rumble!

Apparently they hire sales people that struggle with reading skills. If someone has a no soliciting sign up, please do not ring their doorbell.

The men who came were very polite and professional. They asked me if I had any questions before they got busy to do what they came for. I am very pleased with Rumble!

If I could give them half a star, I would. Poor service, terrible communication, services I did receive didn't even work, and they have tried to bill me for several month's outside of my contract term after multiple attempts to cancel.

So thorough! I’ve used other companies for pest control and never have had such a thorough service done. Jaylen was here for probably 20+ min and sprayed the entire perimeter, inside and out. He followed up with putting granular treatment across my whole yard and then dusted for any webs or debris across the entire outside of the home. So much peace of mind knowing they do everything they can do you!

Technician never showed up and claimed to have sprayed my place. They wanted me to pay $165 for an exterior spray when nobody ever showed up my finance was home nonody ever showed then sent me to collections for $400 since I didn’t pay them. This place is a scam make sure you’re home and have cameras if they send a technician scammy pest control with their stolen sales pitches. They legit use eco shields sales tactics to scam you into buying

We love our service. Keaton comes out with a very pleasant positive attitude and does a thorough job. We have been dealing with Rumble for 3 years now and look forward to more.

Colton was great. He worked quickly and was very polite.

The guys that came were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what they would be treating and how and told me what I could do if I had problems.

AVOID. If you happen to sell your home while they have you "under contract" you will be out of luck. They will continue to bill you even if you no longer need the service. Also, when they're trying to sell you they make it sound like everything will be so easy if you ever need to get out of the contract, what they don't tell you about is the $250 + fee that you will pay for early termination. I learned a big lesson with this company, I will never do business with it again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Their services DO NOT work but they will tell you it's just a bad year for pests. I tried canceling service months ago but they continued to take money from my account. They have SEVERAL complaints with the BBB and are famous for this exact reason. Also when you request the recorded calls they mysteriously can't produce them. I would give zero stars if possible!

This company just takes our money every month and does nothing for the pests around our home. We have them return for as many services as we can and still no change pest activity. The activity increases every time they service and they call this normal. No decrease in activity in the 8 months we have used them. 10/10 DONOT recommend. I have reached out numerous times about dissatisfaction and the only solution is paying almost $200 to cancel the services.

Do not put them on automatic payments. You give your card information in good faith that they do your services before charging you. I had a note on my door they couldn't get inside and the dogs were in the back yard no service done. No appt verbally scheduled. I had an email the day before but no verbal scheduled time. We are a busy house. I don't check my emails daily. I work and no personal calls. After I complained they wanted to send me another appointment time and act like they were doing me a favor not charging for coming back. You weren't scheduled the first time why did you show up when normal people work jobs. Mine you they charged my account for full service they did not do. They are so wrong on every level and no accountability or a sorry. Shadiest people ever!

DO NOT USE RUMBLE PEST CONTROL! EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES, YOU MUST SIGN A CONTRACT AND IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, IT WILL ALMOST TAKE AN ACT OF CONGRESS TO GET OUT OF IT. DON'T BUY IN TO THEIR "DISCOUNT OFFER"! They are nothing but a scam. Door to door salesperson are just college kids they hire to sign up new clients. They will lie to you to get you to sign up. Their customer service personnel are NOT there to help you, they just want to make sure the company gets their money. Technicians were very nice when they came to service my yard and treat fire ants. But customer service was hard to get ahold of, condescending, uncaring, won't take accountability for any of their actions (lying salespersons, misleading about contact, outrageous prices). My advice, use another BBB rated company. Do your research on pest control. There are better and less expensive companies out there that DON'T require a contract.

No real problem with the pesticide application, billing is another issue. Emailed them to stop service in October on a property they billed next three months. When I reached out I was told contact was only able to be terminated verbally. Basically a run around to get $120, small change to compromise your company values.

Do not use this company or sign the contract. They did not come out as scheduled when scheduled. Pests were a problem until I hired Ozark Pest Control. When trying to cancel there is a “clause” that basically states they will charge you 344.00. They are nice when signing up but when trying to cancel you WILL fight tooth and nail. Consider this a warning. Hire them at your own risk.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS WITH THIS COMPANY. The owner of the policy has passed away and we provided the Death Certificate that THEY requested to cancel the policy. All balances were paid up until the owner passed away and they are still demanding money for us to cancel a contract that is not legally enforceable in Arkansas. Meghan has harassed a man that is grieving the loss of his wife and she is extremely unprofessional and argumentative. I have asked to speak to the manager and asked for the owner's name to get this straightened out and she refused to provide it. I also asked that she specifically not contact this grieving man again and she completely ignored my request then proceeded to mail a letter instead. Also, we were still finding bugs and brown recluses in the home even while we were paying for monthly sprays. This company is extremely unprofessional and if they do not stop the harassment, I will be reporting them to the Arkansas Plant Board along with the Attorney General's Office. We have moved on to a new company (Northwest Pest) and they are AWESOME and extremely affordable -- for anyone looking for a new provider.
