I guess my review will be a bit different than the other reviews. As a first year customer I’m not satisfied at all with West Termite, Pest and Lawn. My only experience with West, other than this one, is paying their fee for a Termite Policy in June 2024. My opinion may be due to one employee, but as their representative that employee can sometimes do severe damage to a company. My experience has been with that one employee via text messages. The gentleman that came out to give us a quote was very nice. He told us that they would spray the house & fog both the attic & crawl space. It would be $250. Then, they would come back once a month, for $50 each time. So we signed up for that. When the young woman came out to spray the house she said no one told her about fogging. We told her it was part of it. We had packed up almost the whole house. She went back to the office to get the fogger, but alas, someone else had taken it. So now

As an owner of an Airbnb in the National Park it was reported I had BED BUGS! Immediately, we shutdown operations and called McCauley Services.
