I guess my review will be a bit different than the other reviews. As a first year customer I’m not satisfied at all with West Termite, Pest and Lawn. My only experience with West, other than this one, is paying their fee for a Termite Policy in June 2024. My opinion may be due to one employee, but as their representative that employee can sometimes do severe damage to a company. My experience has been with that one employee via text messages.
