Dakota checked bait houses for rat/mouse activity. He also treated the yard for fleas and ticks. I was notified when he was on his way, and he rang the bell when he arrived.

Jeffrey and partner worked nonstop for an entire day 8am to 8pm removing rodent infested insulation and replacing with treated insulation in my attic. Extremely professional and cordial keeping me updated throughout the process. Great job!

We signed up for Moxie when we bought our home in February 2025 and had no issues until our recent quarterly inspection. The technician claimed we had a roof rat infestation and said the only solution was to remove and replace all attic insulation for $13,000. After we questioned this, we were suddenly offered a $3,000 discount if we agreed immediately due to a “cancellation,” which felt like a high-pressure sales tactic. Two independent pest control companies later confirmed there was no infestation, the insulation was fine, and there was no health risk. Based on this alarming discrepancy, we cancelled our contract immediately and do not recommend this company.

My experience wasn’t great overall. The pricing was higher than other providers, and I received mixed information from different reps about what was covered. I also ran into a significant cancellation charge due to early termination. Communication could be clearer.

LOOK THEM UP ON BBB BEFORE SIGNING UP. Can i give -5 stars? Was not pleased with service. They came and knocked on my door as a new home owner in the area so I said what the heck let's try it. They did a spray to so call get the bugs to come out before the real treatment. We'll my dog started throwing up so I called and told them this and they said we'll sure we will wait and see if this stops. It did. I called back and told them I would like to cancel the service as my dog was allergic to something they sprayed. They said they could not cancel without basically the whole year's payment which ended up being around 440 dollars. I asked if possibly we could do the all natural treatment and they stated there would be an up charge mind you 2 of my services had already been missed so only 3 or 4 were left. Just a snakey service company. They are out to sell volume and make you sign there iPad to lock in that 500 dollars. They do not care to help you resolve your insect issues. I hope this helps atleast one person steer clear. Because 440 dollars later I sure wish I would have. All the other company that due this are local and I truly wish I would have given my money to one of them instead of these snakes and salesmen.

Guy came to our house this past summer and said it was a one time charge. Now we keep getting charged and when we said we wanted to cancel, then we are told we have to pay 80% of our contract. Which is a surprise to us because we were told it was a one time service. Just got charged $261 and still have no explanation. Poor customer service and they will say anything to get a sale.

Sales rep had mentioned that there will be no cancelation penalties, However when I cancelled they still charged me. They should not train their reps to lie in order to get new business.

We did not have a great experience with Moxie. For starters, the salesman LIED to us and told us that our neighbor signed up with him. After talking to our neighbor, he did not sign up with Moxie. We really did not notice a difference in bugs being gone even after they came twice. We then wanted to cancel our services with them and they wanted 300 dollars for an early termination fee. The only thing I can say is that the technicians were nice. Overall, I do not recommend signing up with this company for your pest control needs.

Their service does not work as they implied it would. This was my 3rd time they serviced my home and I still experience issues with pests. I continue to have to purchase ant traps on top of this service. I contacted customer service and informed them and they suggested “intensive care” I’m not sure why they wouldn’t have originally done so when I first informed them of what I was experiencing? Or why they wouldn’t take care of my home to the best of their abilities the first time? Called customer support and they were to no avail and wanted to continue to charge me for a future service that does not work. I do not recommend this company at all!

Still have spiders and if you try to cancel they have a script they will read you. They are all trained to lie. But they're great peeps. The technician was mad I wasn't home and sprayed my security camera and ruined it.

Terrible Experience with Moxie Pest Control Be cautious and ensure you receive the service you paid for! We scheduled a quarterly maintenance service with Moxie Pest Control, expecting a thorough outdoor treatment. The technicians spent only eight minutes on the job, claiming to have completed a full yard treatment and foundation barrier. However, when I inspected the area immediately after they left, there was no evidence of any work done—no granules, no dampness, and no sign of the promised 3-foot up, 3-foot out foundation treatment. There was no smell or indication that any treatment had occurred. I contacted customer service to clarify what should have been performed, thinking I may have misunderstood the service. The representative was polite and acknowledged that eight minutes seemed unusually short for the scope of work. After reviewing my security camera footage, I found no evidence of any spraying or yard treatment. I also took timestamped photos immediately after the technicians left—again, no visible signs of any service. I shared these images with the customer service team and asked: Do these look like a freshly treated foundation? Despite the lack of evidence, customer service insisted the work was completed according to the contract. I explained that nothing had been done and requested to cancel my service—not a refund, just cancellation. Moxie resisted, citing contract terms. I’m now stuck fighting to cancel service for work that clearly wasn’t performed. Update: Moxie Pest Control charged my credit card a cancellation fee before even speaking with me to finalize the cancellation. I was told I’d receive a call within 48 hours—but the charge was processed the same day. At this point, I’ve paid over $600 for a service that appears not to have even been rendered. Update #2: After further escalation, a customer service representative contacted me, acknowledged the situation, and talked a great game about making it right. He sent out a different technician—this time while I was home—to ensure the service was properly completed. And immediately, there was clear, visible evidence of a true service: granules were spread, powder was applied around windows, and the foundation was visibly wet for over 15 minutes. The powder remained clearly visible for several days, demonstrating what a proper treatment should look like and proving that the original service was never done. Afterward, the same representative followed up to provide an update on my contract—only to inform me that two separate contracts had been submitted under my name with different rates, and neither was ever signed by me or my wife. That alone is deeply concerning. To make matters worse, I was initially told the technician who performed the poor service had been let go, but in a later conversation, the same rep mentioned he would speak to that technician after his shift—a direct contradiction. So which is it? I even shared my security camera footage, which clearly showed no service being performed, and the rep admitted it would be used for training purposes. Yet I’m still expected to honor a fake contract I never agreed to? Lying. Stealing. Submitting falsified contracts. Ignoring clear evidence. Charging fees without consent. I’m absolutely disgusted by how this company operates. If I could give them less than one star, I would. Good riddance, Moxie Pest Control.

Their sleazy salesman wouldn’t take no for an answer and refused to leave my property even after I informed him he was now trespassing. The amount of disrespect this salesman exhibited was grossly unprofessional. I sent the company an email with a picture of the individual, and I’m willing to offer up video as well. I have yet to hear back from them. I will not tolerate your sales tactics and disregarding my requests for your salesman to leave my property.
