I missed the first appointment with the tech and quickly rescheduled for (Termite inspection) another inspection time.. I arrived early, and the Tech arrived on time, did his "walk-through " of the interior (10 minutes because the house was in good shape). He mentioned that he had completed the house diagram and would complete the documentation and forward the bill to the title company before closing. Very easy to work with.

honestly i was so stressed about bugs in my new place but these guys came out quick and actually listened to what i was worried about. they found stuff i would never have noticed on my own and just explained everything in plain english without trying to upsell me. the guys were super polite even when my dog would not stop barking at them. felt a lot better after they left and its been quiet ever since no weird sounds or sightings. definitely calling them again if i ever need to.
