We just received our first treatment and we know very little about lawns. Steve M. did such an amazing job explaining everything and recommending what we need. I know it takes some time for a lawn to turn around, but I am confident in Fairway Lawns. Thank you Steve M. for such a thorough inspection and treatment. I highly recommend giving them a try!!

*Update*.. Scott Mitchell contacted us regarding the refund check and was very apologetic about the situation and said he was going to make every effort to fix what had happened and make sure it doesnt happen to another person in the future. He was very professional and put our check in the mail the same day. We received the check standard over night and feel like he went above and beyond to fix the problem. We are completely satisfied..... So we had termite control on the house by our builder. Had them come out to do inspection and gave technician the bill the day of service. A month later they sent a bill and left messages saying I was past due and needed to pay the bill. I explained I had paid the bill and the check never went through our bank. After this continued for almost 2 months, I finally broke down and paid AGAIN with a credit card, only for the original check to finally go through my account, exactly 2 months from me writing it, like I said I did. I have called 3 times and demanded a refund since I've paid twice but I get the same response, checks in the mail. It's been almost 3 weeks and no check. I've even asked for tracking on the check but none was given. Beware if your owed a refund.

Totally unprofessional. This guy pulls up across the street from his client. Uses my lawn as a driveway to drive heavy equipment off the truck. Park in front of your client!

Fairway has been working on my yard for 2 years now and my yard looks dead. My neighbor, whose yard is completely connected to my yard looks great but somehow my yard is “different”! Steer clear of fairway!! If they worked on the fairways at my course, I would play elsewhere!!

I started my treatments last year and it was amazing to see my yard go from weeds to a near perfect yard. Until they started to stop treating my yard and still want me to pay for service. I got the regional manager to admit that there was not way my yard was treated with the pre-emergent that would have kept weeds from going over the off season. They made me a deal to not charge me until my yard was back to normal. I was so happy that they listened and offered. Little did I know they were not really going to uphold that deal. They just kept gaslighting me telling me someone was going to come out. It’s almost June and still no one has came out. They have completely ghosted me. The craziest part is that a sales person from fairway actually stopped at my house to quote me to treat my yard!!! How embarrassing. I’m not saying they are bad a treating yards but only when they actually do it. I’m patiently waiting for a reply to make this right. Fairway MANAGEMENT DO BETTER!!!

Disappointed. I've had a contract for a couple of years. I have 2 lots i have treated. This Spring I had an abundance of weeds appear in my second lot which means they haven't been spraying it each time they came out and I was charged for it. I complained and was offered a weed application at no charge to determine if I'd continue services with Fairlawns. I attempted 3 times to speak with someone to receive my free weed application. No one has returned my calls. Twice I've spoken to customer service reps who say they'll have someone reach out to me. Very poor results and didn't get what I'd been paying for.

DON'T SIGN UP WITH FAIRWAY - Get a local company with a 479 phone number, not a 1-800 number. I'm stuck with Fairway Termite because they're who treated the house I bought. I scheduled an appointment and was home, but they only did a 1/3rd of the inspection because they said nobody was home. The technician didn't even knock, so I have to reschedule but GOOD LUCK ACTUALLY GETTING SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I was on hold for 25min on 2 separate occasions and never had my call answered, then finally put in for a callback and have still not received a call from them. I can't even call their billing and cancel/ask for a refund because nobody answers the phones or calls back. TERRIBLE SERVICE, CORPORATE, IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD OF, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE

Tried to tell customer service I was interested in an appointment for an estimate and couldn’t take a phone call. They proceeded to call me while at the office 6 different times throughout the day. I would never give this company my business given the basic lack of communication standards.

I subscribed to this service for a year. I still had weeds in the yard and had called for additional service. Eventually I did have less weeds, but they were never all gone. They charge monthly but only service the yard every "6-8 weeks". Several times when they came, they were there for less than 2-3 minutes. Then, they charged me for a monthly service after the annual service ended. They did not contact me to ask if I wanted to continue the services. I don't think they even showed up for January or February when they charged me. When I tried to call during their business hours, I would select an option and it would go to a soundless line with no response. I tried again an hour later with the same result.

I was a satisfied customer of Fairway Lawns for two years and appreciated their quality service during that time. However, 2024 marked a significant decline in their performance and overall understanding. The problems began with a major issue: they killed new grass seed after a pool build and then denied responsibility. They failed to address even basic weed control later in the season. My impression is that Fairway Lawns prioritized market growth over taking care of their existing customers. I wasn’t alone in my disappointment—several neighbors in our community also left due to similar experiences. Seeing so many others switch providers only reinforced my decision to do the same.

Worst service grass looks weird than I have before .. lost of weed… when I asked about it pay extra if we come for weed treatment.. before only fake promises we going to take care everything if we need we definitely come nd treat for free .. .. do not trust this
