Was sold a contract from the call center to treat for brown recluses but when the techs showed up they told me the call center sold me the wrong service and it was a lot more to treat for brown recluses. After back and forth the manager did honor the original price and agreed to treat the attic for brown recluses which was very nice. All of the techs that came out were great as well. My main concern is that there are just as many recluses as before we began and canceling for the money back guarantee like the call center boasted about is not a thing. I tried to cancel after the first month when we noticed the treatment did nothing and was told I had to pay the remaining balance of the quarter long plan. The assistant at the office couldn’t explain why I owed what I owed either and insisted that in order to cancel I owed it all upfront with it without continuing the services. So the techs are great but as far as treating for brown recluses in the home I found this to be an expensive endeavor that didn’t help at all.

Caeson said was great! He took time to answer all our questions and also explained what might be ahead in our battle of the bugs. He was so sincere and kind. We needed that. 🙂 Thank you

Stephan Syfrett was assigned from Orkin headquarters in Springdale to service my home here in Bella Vista today. I found a Stephan to be extremely knowledgeable, proactive, and anticipating future problems that we can address now in order to prevent. Service has continued to get worse. We had one competent person come in out of all of them. Never there in a timely manner, been a nightmare getting ahold of anyone, and getting anything done has been like pulling teeth. I give one extra star because of Johnathan. He did well. Update horrible company. We got a 1 year service contract and they are not willing to fix a infestation that came back because of there crap job and they said because we were cleared for thirty days then its no longer valid. These people dont hold up their end of the deal and shortcut everything. Awful job if they even show up.

Orkin has been here 4 times and we are still seeing roaches.

In June of 2025 we had cockroaches really badly and we started using orkin. When we moved in November 2025, we used orking for a few more visits and no longer had any cockroach activity. Today was our last service call and my overall experience with Stephen as our orkin pro has been exemplary. Thank you orkin for making our home bug free

Guys communicated what they were going to do. Took extra care where needed and did what they could. Both of the guys Orkin sent out were very pleasant. Stephan did a great job.

Rick did an excellent job with my pest control. He was friendly, as every employee has been, and helped me figure out what bug had previously damaged a wall area. He did a great job inside and out. He didn't even judge the hoard of clothes or the man space. Rick actually changed my mind about cancelling pest control to try ourselves. The service was top notch so we plan on keeping our service and will continue to recommend Orkin. (and Rick)

Great service, always willing to come back if we have any troubles. Stephan has been taking care of our home for awhile, he is kind, helpful and goes above and beyond.

Charles did a great job. He was friendly and my animals liked him. He treated every room in my house. He knocked down the wasp nest outside and sprayed the ants in the cracks of the driveway. I am very pleased!!! Thank you Orkin

They were supposed to get rid of some mice for me they came in with about 20 mice traps for me to clear they didn't even bring poison and when I said something about it they wanted more money for each poison trap then they never even came back with the poison then I called to see what was going on never received a call back called again and again finally I got a hold of somebody that could not find me even in their system after rudely being talked to you by the manager they finally cancel my contract I have never been so baffled in my life how can a company so big be so unprofessional
