Action Pest and Turf

Chris from Action Pest was awesome. He really helped us out with a carpenter ant problem we were dealing with and actually took the time to figure out what was going on instead of just spraying and leaving. He explained things in a way that made sense, pointed out where they were coming from, and gave us some tips to help prevent it going forward. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and cares about doing a good job.

Annual termite service by Action Pest and Turf. This was a 10 year termite service and needed to install bait stations. Chris, our inspector, was on time and professional! Very respectful. Christina, our scheduler, was helpful and made the appointment super easy. Chris listened to a couple requests I had with the install and did a very nice job. Told me to call if we needed anything repaired or adjusted in the coming year. Chris is a solid representative for Action Pest--well done!

Chris Sparks, called about thirty minutes before and showed up when he said he would. He didn't waste any time getting started, his work looked very professional. He made the attempt 3-4 times to remind me that if we had any problems to let you know. He also asked serval times if I had any questions or concerns. Very pleasant experience with Chris.

It’s 8:10 on a Thursday and action is just sitting at McDonald’s. No wonder they can never show up on time to my appointments. My technician lex is always late or hours early.

I have used Action Pest for Termite inspections for 5 years and a few years ago tried their lawn service. Everything was great until this year on the lawn. I noticed weeds for the first time and that my lawn wasn't as nice as my neighbors. I saw Action in my neighborhood but never saw them in my yard. I noticed their sign and I got a bill but there were no signs that my lawn was treated. I called and the receptionist said someone will call me back. They never did so I called them back to cancel my service. The receptionist was short with me and never asked me why I was canceling. Almost like I was annoying her. I guess they don't need my business or she didn't. I would not recommend Action Pest for anything but Termite inspections.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service & they take advantage of tenants. My land lord Gave me their number to deal with them directly I have had Mole problems they came and set traps more than 3 months ago and never came back. Called this morning since I still have Mole issues their rep was rude said a.) there service is not guaranteed b.) They can't do anything about it. I later asked to speak to the owner who rudely said I did not pay for the service so I should not be complaining. The call ended with him swearing, calling me names saying I need to get a life. Trully the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They also lied saying they did come back numerous time to set the traps which is untrue I have a gate in my yard and nobody can access without a key. And for the last 2 months their traps have been in my garage. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. The pictures you see is after 4 months of service no Moles were caught Yard is still being ruined by Moles.
