I was extremely impressed with the punctuality and professionalism of Juan who came to remove junk and clean several sections of my neighbor's house. he was compassionate with my 90 year old neighbors; followed their directions, and made sure they were happy with his work.

Very professional and prompt. Our first treatment went very well. Ants were gone within 2 weeks. After a few months the pesky things came back in a different area. I was able to get George out to the house within just a few days.

I live in Yakima and I scheduled an appointment with York's Pest Control on August 19, 2025 at 10 am. I drove into my driveway at 9:50 am and the York's Pest Control service vehicle pulled in right behind me. Very punctual. The service technician was George English-Doty. George was all pro and no nonsense! He treated the interior of my home first and then the perimeter outside my home in about 45 minutes. Then he discussed the pest control process, in great detail. I was so impressed with the professional manner George maintained, I signed up for the auto service. Now I will receive pest control every 3 months and at a very affordable price. My tech Tyler is an experts at what he does. He work with my schedule and explain everything to us and what was best for our treatment. I highly recommend him and also, the chemicals they used are pet friendly I hardly recommend them.

Loved my experience with Technician George who came out to our house to tackle our critters in our crawlspace! I was concerned they had made inroads down below, but thanks to George's diligence, we now have a secure crawlspace, and traps laid out to make sure they don't pay us a visit again. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE !!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE !!! We paid for services from York’s. A simple task of just spraying the outside to manage the box beetles we have. They took my enrollment number for no tax fees, my husband walked down to the bank to pay the man in full, with cash. I don’t think we received a receipt because I’m not finding one anywhere & now they’re claiming we did not pay them & are seeking payment AGAIN! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! They say the owner came out himself to spray the house & the fact that he wants to lie & say we didn’t pay to get more money out of us, should be enough a reason for anyone to NOT do business with them. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE !!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE !!!
