Tell Jacob to slow down on our private road when approaching our property. Also, if you want someone to take a survey, don’t have them jump through a double check authentication sign in system. Next time I won’t do it.

Didn't like the job spraying was poor Didn't not spray everything called customer service they stated clients call saying they didn't but the employee said he and so that's not a solution not satisfying with the service

Veronica, we are sorry to hear you were dissatisfied. At your request, we have cancelled your service. We use two separate GPS tracking devices which both show our technician was at your property. Additionally, our technician described the areas treated accurately, and confirmed by you, demonstrating he treated the areas you believe were not sprayed. Had you allowed us to follow up with you, we would have checked the lawn, after giving the fertilizer and weed control a couple weeks to work. If, at that time, weeds persisted, we would have retreated at no additional charge. We had hoped we could have worked through this.<br>

Wendy, it was good talking with you, and finding out we had the wrong email address. Now we communicate pre and post service with emails giving detail info, watering instructions, etc. The emails replace and replicate the info formerly contained in doorhangers. Many of our clients did not want a door hanger, as it was an indication that they were not at home.<br>Regards,<br>Lance

Carriage Park: You do sloppy work. You blow debris off the sidewalks and roadways into our freshly mowed grass to sit there for a week until the next mowing. Your employees also blow the debris into the storm drains which will clog them and then we will have to pay another company to come out and clean them. Your job is not rocket science! Edging, you have not edged the flower bed in front of our building for over 3 weeks. It has been brought to your attention and you still have not done it. You use an excuse about not doing the edging every week???? You have never done it but you do it at all the other condos so I am not buying your excuse. Now let's talk about our worthless board, worthless Karen's.

I had one issue with English Ivy in my yard and at my 95 year old Mothers house. Mike told me Colonial was not interested if we were not going to have a yearly program installed. I was in industry for 25 years , we never treated customers like this . I had to give them one star because there was option for 0 stars. And have a nice day.

Randal, I sincerely understand your frustration. You want the problem solved. We have found that in dealing with English ivy control, it is not a "one and done" situation. For us to satisfy our clients, we need to be on the property more than one time. This is why years ago we adopted the policy of serving clients that engage in an ongoing relationship. We don't like saying "no" to our prospects. I would hope you would understand. That said, I would rather offend a prospect before performing work, than to do the one-time job, and then you be dissatisfied because our one-time treatment did not solve your problem. Colonial has been doing my lawn fertilizing applications and I was very satisfied with the service and the field applicators have been great. I just had Colonial do an aeration, top dressing and overseed on my lawn. I was not totally satisfied with some aspects of the services performed and Eric has refunded my cost of the item discussed. I find it VERY unusual, and impressive, that a company doing business will actually respond to concerns of a customer.

Sprayed bushes and fertilized yard throwing in at no cost bug baafter Scott came and gave an estimates i gave him $200 cash in which he was to return with reciet. After seeing my yard turned yellow in spots they came out to look at what was wrong only. Then I asked for b them to spray for bugs again because nothing had change. The secrecy called saying they would be coming now this was in October. Scott said at the initial walk around that 200 would take me through winter. ..I made sure he understood not to exceed that $200 and this is why he said it would pay through only the winter cause the entire year was '325 something like that. I immediately received a bill by this company..I called and treated like in a a disrespect that a c ustomer and assurley in a manner no 51 at the time and a black person to top off nobody should be treated. This company robbed me. I went to the location and spoke with a employee named Mike. Funny though all that disrespect I went through with the secretary..didn't speak to me in that manner but sure was wondering who I was. Mike showed me after looking for my account that colonial had refunded me already. But it failed to say the amount. This is drawing the line. I informed him to find that refund because I had in fact never a check. He then apologized if there was any misunderstanding and would speak to Scott and his supervisor. He showed a refund right on his desk top computer. The following morning Scott call with sudden amnesia. Says I'm not do a refund I did not tell him to not go the $200 nor did he say it would carry through winter and I owe nothing. Why would this company do this to me. ..I trusted this company for yard services and they intern refused to refund although it clearly should on the screen. Scott behaved just as the secretary did will arguments and defending his lies ..but then again I know this is racially motivated. But I will be taking this company to civil court because taking from customer because of there's ethnic background is a horrible shame they now can pay for the court and reburstment in full am thankful for my video and surveillance equipment so mr. Scotts lies can not only be clearly seen but the public can him and our discussion..watching this now I will show just how this employee lied and I also that lovely secretary on speaker it just took some time to locate my files. See you in court. Over your shady deeds and Mike I though maybe you would save the company's reputation but you helped seal the entire deal and keep my files they will challenge. Shame on this com p any please people if your not white they will robb you put butt your butt in collections. Wow. Jokes on you. Thats Night owl and Alexa

I called Colonial for aeration and leveling on my patio plus pruning a pine. A person named Mike called me the next day asking if I wanted the estimate for the whole year service on the lawn, I said for now I need... He said that he will call next day at noon to come to my house. I waited nobody called, I called 2 hours later leaving a message to Mr. Mike if I should keep waiting, if he was planning to come..., he sent a text saying I cannot talk now, I am calling you shortly . He never called. Very unprofessional. Made me waste a whole afternoon. I canceled with them.

Flavia called wanting a tree trimmed and an Aeration. When I called her I was trying to explain our business model to her. I asked when I could come by and talk to her and she said anytime after 12:00 pm. I arrived at her home approximately 1:00 pm and she wasn’t home. I think that there was some miscommunication about the time we were going to meet. I would have loved to have meet with Flavia about what Colonial could possibly do to help her take care of her property and would welcome a second chance.<br>Mike account representive

Don’t use this lawn service. They don’t listen to the homeowners instructions. After making two complaints about the service, they decided they didn’t want me as a customer. Killed my flowers in my yard after I asked them twice not to weed and feed because of the grape hyacinth and violas in my grass. Killed all the grass around my trees with a weed eater.
