Thanks to Noyemi & Marcos for helping me exterminate these dirty bugs. Exterior spray down was a success. They also have debit card payment with there system of payment. Marcos was very influential and reliable, they showed up early than expected. There the best in the city without a doubt. They showed up in a Black Truck with the Logo Printed. I asked for business cards but he did have none because he ran out. I did write Marcos phone number for future reference. Thank you for your wonderful advice Marcos and your best work.

They have been extremely responsive and informative. Both techs that have come to my home have been very knowledgeable and friendly, they made sure I understood the issue and steps that could be taken to prevent the problem.

Just WOW! Fast friendly and reasonable but most importantly they did not try to shake me down for a contractual agreement that I dont want or need. Most pest companies these days even require contractual agreements, this team just gets the job done! Thank you very much, no more Wasps 😊

Totally unimpressed with the service we received for an ant infestation in one of the kitchen walls. The young guy that came out was pleasant enough but I don't believe he had a lot of knowledge about ants. No inspection or identification of the types of ants. Just sprayed around the house and around baseboards and left a small amount of bait I different parts of the kitchen, but not in all cupboards. The bait around the problem wall was pretty much wiped out in 2 days. Ants came back in force after 5 days and no bait left. Bought my own. Spent too much for too little. No faith in their approach.

Jerry's is pretty great. Moved into a house and found a fridge in the garage with a Las Vegas sized ant colony living there as well as 3 black widows, obviously not doing their job. I screamed like a whale giving birth on the phone, and they listened but didn't judge. They were super kind in helping me reschedule as well when it was tight for funds. No creepy crawlies or panic attacks since. Highly recommend these guys!

Jerry has always been extremely friendly , knowledgeable , and helpful . He and his company go above and beyond what is expected. I had quite an ant infestation last week . All across my back yard and EVERY PLACE I tried to do any yard work ! Since the house and perimeter had recently been treated early in June , is probably why they were not inside my house as well . Carson and a second tecnician returned and re-treated inside and outside areas , free of charge . I am very happy to say that the ants are now all gone ! I have tried several different exterminators ...and Jerry's Pest Service is definitely best , by far !!

We've been working with Jerry's Pest Service for about the past year, and they have done an excellent job for Yakama Nation Housing Authority. They handle everything from bed bugs and cockroaches to ants and spiders, and we've had good results. One thing that really stands out is their communication. Naomi and Jessica have been great to work with when scheduling services. They keep us informed, send reminders, and make it easy to coordinate multiple units. Great service! Reasonably priced, professional and friendly. This is the second time I’ve used Jerry’s Pest Service and I’ll keep using them.

I had gotten some yarn from a yard sale, brought it home, saw something crawling out and I thought it was spiders, but I was wrong. It was bedbugs. You see I'm blind in 1 eye and parsley blind in the other eye.(due to Cancer in both eyes).
