Point has been great about spraying around the foundation, eves they can reach from the ground, and doors. They have not done well at removing spider webs from the exterior, and I noticed on my ring camera that they only sprayed around the house this last time, but they charge for treating the landscaping and lawn with granular treatment. This did not happen, at least on my 7/22/26 treatment. I have not checked prior treatments, as I assumed it was being done. They will come back within a week of notification and treat for free if you notice bugs (inside or outside). I think I’ll give the company a try that came by my place today for a comparable price. They claim to do all the things “and more” that Point has been claiming to do for the past 5-ish years. We will see if that actually happens! 👀😂

Lee was great. He took extra care to address my one area of concern: a new wasp nest, right at the lower corner of my sliding glass door. He noted in his report that I should expect it to take 2 weeks to take full effect, but I'm already seeing huge improvement (treatment was yesterday). So glad to be a regular customer of Pointe Pest Control. The amount paid is my usual monthly fee. There was no additional charge to exterminate the wasps.
