HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE !!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE !!! We paid for services from York’s. A simple task of just spraying the outside to manage the box beetles we have. They took my enrollment number for no tax fees, my husband walked down to the bank to pay the man in full, with cash. I don’t think we received a receipt because I’m not finding one anywhere & now they’re claiming we did not pay them & are seeking payment AGAIN! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Sorry for the confusion but this was not paid according to our records. My accounting department called to try to get clarification or proof and none could be provided. Once I was made aware there was in issue I instructed them to remove the charges at our expense just to clear up the issue and move
I live in Yakima and I scheduled an appointment with York's Pest Control on August 19, 2025 at 10 am. I drove into my driveway at 9:50 am and the York's Pest Control service vehicle pulled in right behind me. Very punctual. The service technician was George English-Doty. A family member recommended Weaver Exterminating as I am having mice problems in an older rental property. Jason arrived on site exactly when scheduled. He proceeded to do a very thorough inspection of my property inside and out. It is an older home with some of the basement unfinished, but Jason was not phased & checked every area to then recommend an action plan for addressing the mice issue. George has an awesome highly rated personality. The professionalism he presents is well blended in his style. I couldn’t believe there was someone as cool as him at York’s. I had a rough few days and simply having a conversation with him cheered me right up. I’m glad I got to meet him. He’s quite considerate and knowledgeable in a lot of ways. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I’ve used this service for 20 years at my business and have always had excellent results. I’m on a maintenance program to ensure our facilities never have a rodent problem. This is common practice for many warehouses as well as restaurants. I’ve also used them at my residence. They have always been fair with their pricing and slow to raise their rates.
