After 12+ years, I had to cancel the services. The service has gone down hill this year. They were doing unauthorized work, work not getting done properly. One of the managers Brian did a great job, he was the only one willing to step up and take care of me. Unfortunately the customer service department is terrible, they never return phone calls and are horrible to deal with.

Very polite, professional, and they even picked up the dog toys. The only thing is, I would appreciate a text before they come so that I can pick up the yard of the dog toys and make sure the dogs are up.

Extremely disappointed this time around. I have asked to be notified before service is performed, I want to be present. I believe service was scheduled on 08/05/26. On 08/07/26 I received a text advising me that my service could not be performed, I assumed do to the wind, which I understand. On 08/12/26 I received a request to rate my service. What service? I called Senske and spoke to a customer service agent. I was informed they ATTEMPTED to contact me on 08/10/26 to inform me of my upcoming service on 08/12/26. I have a boarding pass showing that I departed Tampa at 0831 hrs and landed in Yakima at 11:55 pm. I'm not arguing that they attempted to notify me, but I'm not spending the time explaining my disappointment had I been contacted. I explained to the customer agent that I had made it clear that I wanted to be present when service is performed. Previous services went as planned and I've been very happy with my technician, Reynaldo. I was told that Senske didn't have my request on file even though I had been contacted in the past. I asked that my service be discontinued.

I was happy with them until they overcharged me and almost got by with it they try to do a moisture control which never informed me and charge me double price that month still waiting for my refund

Senske's field employess were very polite and kept me posted on when they would arrive. They had to wait a few days for the winds here in Ellensburg to subside. I paid over $200 to have my yard sprayed for weeds. Two to three weeks after the weed treatment I expected to see some of the weeds dying, but this was not the case. I'm not sure what Senske used for weed control, but the product had no noticeable affect on the weeds in my yard. I feel like the money that I spent for weed control was a total waste.

I had high hopes for Senske Lawn Care based on my initial conversation with them. Before signing up, I was specifically told that my first service would be provided at no charge. However, after the service was completed, I was charged the very next day. I contacted their office, and the representative reviewed the account notes and confirmed that my first service was indeed supposed to be free. I was told the mistake would be corrected immediately and that a refund would be issued. Unfortunately, that was over two weeks ago. I still have not received the refund, and despite multiple attempts to follow up, I have been unable to get anyone to return my calls or provide an update. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What has been disappointing is the lack of follow-through and communication after the error was acknowledged. Customer service isn't just about fixing problems—it's about following through on the commitments made. I hope Senske improves its communication and customer service so others don't have the same experience.

A tip for your techs: Please ask if there are areas that shouldn't be sprayed. Do not spray anything that looks like food. The tech sprayed part of my raspberry patch with mosquito spray. I don't put pesticides on them. It also can affect bees. Not too happy with that but au least he told me.
