After getting a recommendation on the reddit, we called them out for an inspection prior to insulation install in the crawlspace. Great communications all around. They came out, did the thing and didn't find anything all at no charge. They are now at the top of my list for any future needs. I don't actually have a list but there you have it

This is exactly the kind of pest control company you want to be doing business with. We've had them out to our property twice each year for the past 7 years doing preventative pest maintenance. Our tech Chris is thorough, explains what he is doing, and definitely knows his trade. The owner of the business, Jordan, is accessible for questions and any troubleshooting. I'm not big on 5 star reviews unless they are earned. Jordan and his team have definitely earned 5 stars for service excellence, communications, and troubleshooting outcomes.

Chris came out and applied a treatment for tiny brown ants. Chris is quite knowledgeable on many pest issues and was willing to share his knowledge and answer all our endless questions. We have used New Leaf for different pest issues and are always happy with the techs and the results.

Recently, I had to have the entire crawlspace material under the house removed and replaced due to flooding. Unfortunately, the crawlspace is rather shallow, but the two men who came out for 4 days, did a remarkable job in those cramped conditions. They cleaned up every day, showed up on time every day, and let me know when they were leaving. Always polite, as is the office staff. Thank you to Chris who, prior to the start of the job, explained the steps that would be done and came out to the house during to check on progress. New Leaf was highly recommended to us by friends, I will do the same. And the bid was fair and better than others.

New Leaf staff just left my house - they did a wasp treatment - amazing how they spotted all the nests that I was not able to detect myself while trying to be my own house inspector :) - for which position I have absolutely no credentials! I love bugs and I am not a fan of chemicals of any kind! But I did not want ants crawling all over our house anymore!! We've had the medium sized carpenter ants crawling on our house since we bought it in 2004! I spent thousands of dollars using companies with more natural forms of treatments like Chrysanthemum formulas, cut all vegetation away from our home etc.. for years and years but nothing ever worked! This spring I reviewed other companies in town, read their reviews and read what the companies were about. I liked what I read about New Leaf! I didn't want to get locked into a monthly expensive plan and I wanted something that would work. And I wanted to support a locally owned company. I didn't want chemicals but we also didn't want the ants all over the outside of our house! One treatment with New Leaf and they were gone! New Leaf came back 6 months later and we paid for another treatment and we'll reassess next spring. No lock on a costly contract, no wasted money on treatments that don't work and ants are GONE!! And we still have tons of spiders and spider webs so that seems like a good sign that it didn't take out all the bugs! Bugs are essential to our existance!! Also New Leaf isn't pushy or sales pitchy!! They just come and get rid of the problem you shared at an affordable rate!

New Leaf Pest Control is an awesome company! We had heard about them when a relative was moving into a home and needed help with pest problems in their attic. I had been wrestling with repeated, long-term respiratory illnesses. We initially thought we only had one mold spot in our crawl space from a prior bathroom leak wetting our insulation. We suspected that mold may have been contributing to my health issues. Feeling quite ill, and after researching several companies, I spotted New Leaf's owner, Jordan, on a web site ad. I was impressed that he provided his number to contact. I had remembered New Leaf from our relatives, but thought we were outside their service area. Desperate to find a trustworthy company and a solution fast, I called Jordan's number. I explained our situation and his compassionate, caring response convinced me that he was a godsend. I cannot say enough good things about New Leaf. Every experience we've had with them has been above and beyond expectation. When their crew came out to remove our 30-year-old manufactured home insulation, and found it was much, much thicker than they normally encounter and the job couldn't be completed that day, their crew went out of their way to finish the job for us on a day that was not their normal work day, just because they cared about our situation. Jordan worked with us, with great patience, to problem-solve other issues we were having with our home. My health challenges necessitated me staying with friends for several weeks. New Leaf's work made it possible for me to safely move back into a cleaned and sanitized home. New Leaf's prices are completely reasonable and their service is excellent. Jordan is a man of integrity and very knowledgeable. Instead of trying to sell us things we didn't need, he was very honest with us and tried to actually save us money. He went the extra mile to find solutions for us on multiple fronts. I usually deal with pests myself, but I had two different ant problems, including carpenter ants. I contacted 3 different companies to come out for an inspection and give me a quote. One company never showed up. Another came out and quoted one and two year maintenance plans for an array of pests. New Leaf looked at the problem areas, described in detail how they would treat them and what products they would use. Their quote was significantly less than the other maintenance plan. Their technician arrived when they said they would and did a thorough job. I will definitely call them again if I run into a problem.

Called three pest control companies for bids to spray for sugar ants. New Leaf was half the price of everyone else. Ricardo not only sprayed for ants but he also sprayed for Box Elder bugs that populate the back of our house this time of year. He also spotted 6 bee's nests and sprayed them too. Cost was $150.00

I had New Leaf out for pest control as well as crawl space work. They are quick, efficient and friendly. Will be using them in the future for sure! Highly recommend.

Honest folks. I won't name and shame, but when I called two other larger pest controls in the area describing my problem they were immediately dismissive and went immediately into trying to sell me their subscription plans. New Leaf on the other hand listened to my problem, gave their opinion about whether I actually needed any service, and then proceeded to provide a free inspection. Their treatment they provided me was also about 10-20% cheaper than others and their expert provided me with a few other free services such as a old nest wasp removal. Highly recommend this local business.
