Revised: 1 star and cancelled service. They charge you in advance for non services! Don't offer refunds, fine, but just charged me 96 dollars on a monthly contract for no services until March 28. Then I get charged again 96 dollars in April but they don't show up until May. You pay for services rendered. Not in advance or for a potential re treat. You don't pay for an oil change in advance or my plumber, I pay when they complete the service.

Edit: The way our billing system works is by a monthly plan. Thank you SO much Insight Pest Control!!!! We were having some ant issues and Colin came and spent quite a while spraying and baiting ants. We definitely saw a decrease in ant activity but we were still seeing a little activity in our house so we called again today and Eric came out a few hours later to take care of us. Both techs were professional, informative, and very kind about my messy house. 😊 I have four littles . I am very happy to have Insight Pest Control there to help and with such fast turn around too!!!! Edit3/18

Not effective in the least. I have just as many bugs inside and outside my house, I still have mice in my house and the only thing they did for the mice is hand me 3 mouse traps that I could have gotten at the dollar store... They did not have any aunt trays on the truck so I had to go buy my own. And they did not treat with the granules like they promised. They set up rat traps outside 2 months ago and have not checked them. I cannot believe I am paying $300 a year for absolutely nothing!!! I regret signing up and will never do it again! After reading my negative review. Insight reached out to me and offered to come out free of charge and try to rectify the situation. They did refill the mouse poison and set up a few more traps. They also offered to give me a 2 month refund if I updated my review with the corrections they made. Their customer service is very good, and their technicians are always pleasant and helpful. I still would not renew my membership, because I don't feel like it's worth the money you pay monthly. But I do appreciate they tried to make it right.

He hasnt been here and we have tons of ants. No ones been here

Once again I had to discuss with Justise to do the work I contracted to have done. I even felt compelled to have him listen to the VM listing what would be done with this visit. While Justise still protested, this time he and his fellow partner seemed to have done a thorough job. Every time Justise has come he has had an excuse not to do a full job.
