I wasn’t home, but my husband was and he said that the guy that came out (Forrest Clark) was the most thorough guy so far. He said he was friendly and just made sure he got all of the areas and even put stuff around our pool.

Yes thank you for your service today! I feel that Alex did a good job! He removed a paper wasp nest that was quite active at the time. Then went to another section of the house that is also very active and sprayed heavily to remove the activity in that area , plus removed several nests he located.. It did seem like after 3 or 4 days later wasps reappeared to nest again. He did reference that could happen . He then continued to walk the outside perimeter of the house and completed the renainder of the service. He then requested /scheduled another treatment visit to happen in a couple weeks.

Services seem professional and effective. Scheduling is terrible. Four hour window, so I had to sit home all afternoon . The worker was over scheduled or had a bad day and actually came at about 4 1/2 hours. Unreasonable to expect me to just be home waiting for that long every week.
