Kris Massey came today and did such a fantastic job helping get rid of our pests! He seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. He was flexible with my schedule but still made sure our needs were met. This is our first experience with a pest control company and so far I’m a happy customer.

2024-01-30: Yet another follow up as Natura is a service I signed up annually, and I again am so impressed by their very quick follow up to any request outside of the standard service, and I want to give an special shout out to Joey who is extraordinary in his diligence and professionalism. Really a please to work with! A follow up as I added another house to the excellent Natura service.....they have done such a great job on my home I also renewed for another year. For the added house Chase came out and as with all techs was excellent in his service. Again, highly recommended! Previous review: Once again Natura was excellent. I use their annual service but if something comes up they are out very quickly, such as recent mole activity I started having....): Conner is very professional, thorough and friendly, and I do like supporting a family owned business! We recently switched to Natura from another highly rated pest control company in the area. Both companies have 4.9 stars, so you’d think the service would be pretty similar… but not even close! Ke’Ohe completed our first service with Natura, and he was thorough, friendly, and professional. The difference in service was quickly noticeable. I’m not here to put down another company, so I’ll just say this: go with Natura and if you are Ke’Ohe’s manager, give him a raise!

We had a ground wasp nest that Ke'Ohe treated for us. He did great, was communicative over the phone about arrival time and answered all of my questions. The Natura office staff were easy to work with, too. Thanks!

Mark was great! He explained everything and made the removal of the wasp nest extremely easy. He also was able to come to our house earlier than was originally scheduled. Definitely would use this service again.

Anthony did an amazing job dealing with my spiders and centipedes! He kept my house clean wearing booties and was very nice to my dog.
