I’ve had your services for a long time! I think 15 years. I’ve been extra pleased with the personal care from the local technicians. The recent technician, Opal V is now treating my property. She’s a gem! Knowledgeable, personable, and willing to go above and beyond to address any concerns. I also had a pest problem that got out of control, but it was covered by your warranty. After a few frustrations with management, my technician, Opal, stepped in and facilitated the necessary communications.

I picked up their service to take care of the ants that I had in my house. When I had outbreaks it would take up to 4-days before they could come out, to then tell me they couldn't do anything about it. Left me with a couple of bait stations and left. After multiple attempts to have Terminx, take care of the ants, I finally had to go to the store and get my own sprays to get rid of the ants, which then also prompted me to cancel my subscription to them. Horrible customer service. This was the second company I called and I thought it would be better with being so large. I had an 8am-10am inspection window. The service tech named Jason texted me at 9:20am saying he was at the DMV and would text when he was on the way.
