Adam was fantastic! I was worried that I had rats or mice in the attic. He was very thorough, showed me the pictures, and he was up there for a long time in very hot weather like today! He also checked the roof and found that a grate in one of the vents had been bent open halfway! After checking the vent, he fixed the grate and made sure there wasn't anywhere else that would allow critters inside. Rare employee indeed! This company has my trust!

The service technicians are always so nice and considerate. The first thing Adam asked me today was if my dog needed to go potty before he started spraying to make sure that our dog wouldn’t come in contact with the chemicals. He also made sure I knew how long we needed to keep Benji out of the backyard when he left and reminded me that since we are on a service plan I can always call if something comes up with pests before our next scheduled service and they will come out for free.

We are kept in the loop at all times... when he is coming to spray and what he's done afterwards. We're happy to say there are way less bugs, spiders and wasps. We live out in the country where there are plenty, so we're happy.

We have been using Interstate for many years now. Always professional and high quality work. Technician noticed one of my foundation vents was getting bad, and mice were starting to get in. I never knew. He's having his guys out soon to fix it. This is why I hire them. I don't want pests in, on, or under my home. I'm glad they found it.

Largest nests I've seen in person! Needed help asap. Scheduling was an easy phone call, Adam came out the next morning and was very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. He even took the time to teach me about our yellow jacket species we were dealing with. We have a dog that is allergic and Adam made sure that we knew the risks that there could be some returning workers and possibly some dead ones in the yard and to be careful in the area. Very good experience! Adam is passionate about the work! We will use interstate Pest Management with future pests.
