Called after finding lice on my daughters hairbrush, they got myself and 2 kids 9&6 in the same day! Somehow my daughter 6 is the only one with active lice and got the full treatment my son and myself did the oil treatment just to be safe. McKenzie the person doing our treatments was AMAZING! She was so kind, my daughter is very tender headed, she put the bugs under a microscope for them to see and they were fascinated with all the facts she knew about lice. If we ever have lice again I'm calling here first! McKenzie made this a very comfortable and easy process for all of us. Even the call to schedule the appt was easy and comforting.

Such a great experience! Mckenzie and Elizabeth were fantastic! My kid was not very easy for them, they were so patient! So kind, put TV on the help entertain them and talked to me about ways to help prevent future issues! If you can’t get rid of it yourself COME HERE!

Thanks for coming in for a head screen. We actually do many more screens than treatments. Many people feel that if their head itches, it is a sign that they have lice. But in truth, many times that is not the case. Our peace-of-mind head screens go a long way in making people feel good about not having lice!
Lana at the Vancouver clinic did an amazing job treating my son and informing me about how to prevent lice from coming back. I highly recommend this clinic and will be coming back if these insidious vermin return to our household.

I had to visit this clinic due to a work related exposure to lice. They were very thorough with their checking for any lice or nits. The tech working on my hair was very gentle and considerate of my hair texture as well (I have 4c hair, very coily and curly). Overall the treatment definitely gave me the peace of mind I so desperately needed. Even though nothing was found the technician still gave me the option to get the oil treatment anyway. The services were affordable and FSA/HSA eligible as well. I also appreciated the products in the clinic that you can purchase for preventative measures. Scheduling was also very simple and if you call within a reasonable time ahead of your appointment adjustments are also very easy. I hadn’t realized there was a Vancouver clinic and was able to switch my appointment to that location rather than the Portland location. And the clinic itself was very clean. Staff was obviously very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about treatment during my appointment as well. I’m definitely recommending this clinic to anyone who is struggling with exposure to lice!

Thank you. We actually do more head screens than treatments. Not everyone has lice, but many people worry that because they were exposed and their head itches, that they also have lice. They then treat first. We recommend that those exposed come to us before treating because often, as in your case, there is no infestation and we can provide preventative education and peace of mind. We appreciate the detailed review.

Our littles came home with lice and after totally freaking out we made the call to Lice Clinics of America. They were able to fit us in the next day and treat our whole family (two active cases and three checks without any lice found) in the span of 2 hours. Lana was friendly and helpful with how to manage the situation at home and making sure that we took care of all bedding, carpet, and furniture. She was gentle and kind helping our toddler understand the process and be cooperative. It was an expensive visit. But it was worth it! The convenience, speed, and thoroughness. We highly recommend!

The staff is caring, kind, professional. Treatment was successful. 30 day guarantee. I was mortified I had to use their services and was so embarrassed. They truly couldn't have been nicer or more reassuring. I hope to never deal with lice again but if I do, I will go back to them. I give them a million stars.

We appreciate the review. Our AirAllé technology is very different than every other type of treatment. Because we dehydrate the eggs, we are able to solve your lice problem without having to rely on eliminating all the eggs through combing because they are no longer viable and will never hatch. Many people come to us after using traditional treatments and focus on the bugs, but the nits are really the root of the problem and we solve that for you. The service is adequate and the facility looks clean. Beware of the up sale, which is strong. Also beware of hidden charges. The ‘free’ pretreatment 30 day guarantee Is not really free.

Great experience for myself and my kids. My daughter is 4 and son is 7. They checked all our heads. My daughter and I both had nits so did the full treatment. Lana was great and my daughter did really well through the whole experience. It actually felt really nice and relaxing! I feel relieved coming in here versus treating at home only!

Both of my daughters came in after we found some little critters in their hair. With school starting so soon taking them to the Lice Clinic seemed like a no brainer. The technician was very friendly and fast. My youngest daughter’s hair gets matted very easily and even though it took a little extra time she never made us feel bad about it. Very grateful for this treatment. Highly recommend
