I can’t say enough good things about Michael. This was his third visit to help us with our ongoing mouse issue in the garage, and every single time he has been outstanding. Michael is friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I understood the plan moving forward. Most importantly, he put my mind at ease during a situation that had been causing me a lot of stress. Excellent customer service can be hard to find, but Michael went above and beyond. This will be the second time I have seen eredicon do their work and I have never been happier. 1st time was with fleas at my apartment home we tried everything nothing worked they come in and spray everything and no fleas at all. This time ants but this time at our home same thing no matter what they where flying around everywhere and now they are gone. I will be more then happy to call these guys again for any pest problem that I have in the future and I would highly recommend anyone experiencing issues with pests to give these guys a call they where very fast as well especially being the busy time of year in early spring. The quality of work was top-notch. A special shoutout to Taylor, who worked on our very challenging, steep roof pitch with incredible care and attention to detail. He thoroughly sealed and closed the entry points where the squirrels were getting in, despite the difficult angles and conditions. You could tell he takes real pride in his work. Mitchell, the owner, was also fantastic to work with — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure the job was done right. I reached out to Eradicon with concerns about a rodent living in my crawlspace and would highly recommend others with pest concerns reach out to them as well. The process for me was easy, and unlike other groups in the area, they responded promptly. I completed their form online and received a follow-up on the first business day afterwards. I was able to complete coordination and scheduling all by email which was very helpful for me, as I'm often not available for phone calls. Mitchell ensured I had an appointment that worked with my schedule, and Taylor reached out 45 minutes before my appointment to let me know he was on his way. Once Taylor arrived he listened to my concerns and was insightful while inspecting areas. Taylor examined my home exterior and entered my crawlspace, he offered feedback that I'm doing well attempting to manage my rodent problem on my own, that my exclusion work appears effective, and gave guidance how to be more successful tackling my problem on my own, without needing to pay for any services. Taylor also offered to connect me with partners who could replace my vapor barrier and insulation, and added traps where they could be impactful. I feel like I can rely upon Eradicon when/if my issues escalate to needing professional intervention, and am very appreciative that the Eradicon team addressed my concerns without trying to wrap me into services I haven't requested and may not need.
