Wally is fantastic at this. We have the yearly plan and I am hugely grateful we do; whenever we have a pest problem at our house, he knows how to solve it. Sugar ants are an annual problem for us - we call when they start showing up and Wally comes out that day and I am CONFIDENT they will be gone. We occasionally get mice - he comes out, evaluates the situation, deals with it, and they don't come back for years. I am so glad that a friend recommended his company and I no longer feel helpless in the face of the annual onslaught of sugar ants. I had a bird peck its way through the siding of our house, and Wally came out quickly to take care of it. Wally @ A & R Pest control is fantastic for service & price! Was having a problem with squirrels living between the layers of eighty feet of decking. Wally came out & installed a screen mesh to keep the squirrels out. I chose him over another company that gave a bid from my pictures. I am happy with the total inspection of my home inside and out and the treatment for my ant problem. I have not seen any any in the house since treatment and the inspection found 2 problems that needed to be fixed. The problems involved a heating duct problem under the house and some wood disintegration outside by a window. Neither of these problems were something that A & R Pest Solutions would fix. I appreciate him noticing these problems and letting me know.
