Hi Susan, we completely understand your concern, but please be assured that this is an automatic feature of Google Maps that we cannot see, manage, or control. Google displays your own private address only to you when you are logged into your account; it is completely hidden from us and the public.<br><br>Because this is a automated Google setting and not a reflection of our business or services, we would be incredibly grateful if you would consider removing the 1-star rating, as it deeply impacts our local business for something outside of our control. If you need any help navigating your Google privacy settings, please reach out to us at 503-222-7128 or info@aapestcontrol.com. <br><br>In the meantime, we have submitted the request directly to Google asking for this to be removed but it is at their discretion.
