We recently employed Sentinel pest control for a rat infestation, I can’t say enough how Suzie took care of us along with Ciera and the service manager. Suzie took my calls promptly and if needed called me back right away. I didn’t research pest controls companies so I got lucky and got the best! Call them today.

Had a great experience with Mark Hougen today. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient explaining everything and answering all my questions. I was just telling a co-worker earlier that we have not had a problem with any pests in years since starting with Sentinel. We just do maintenance now.

I was promised something would be done and it still hasn't been

Brandin responded immediately to an urgent inspection request, completed the inspection, waited for me to arrive (I was late) and provided documentation regarding his findings (which were good news) and didn't charge me. Can't recommend Brandin and Sentinel highly enough! Will certainly be using them in the future.

Thus far we are totally satisfied with the services provided by Sentinel. We have an issue due to a vacant home that is now occupied and neighbors who feed chickens and geese. Rats, have made their way into our garage and crawl space. We are hoping with construction work we will be having and a clean up / out of crawl space that it will push them into a new home... our Tech, Tony is wonderful, knowledgeable and is always good for a quick chat, Erich is knowledgeable and goes out of his way to ensure we are being taken care of. Marcus was very polite and professional when he came out, the office staff is great because they listen and understand frustrations for us, as this is the 1st time we are having issues in our home. 10/10 for us!

Communication was scattered at best. We are dealing with sugar ants. They did not tell me it would take several visits to get rid of them. I called last week after a week of their last visit, already approximately a month, they asked me to wait another week and if ants were still present to call. They have been here every two weeks to treat for the ants. The ants are still present so I called again today a week later. I was told that my initial payment of $300 was only good for a month and had expired. No one told me it would expire. I would not recommend this company. In fact I would highly recommend you find another. I may go to one of the more recognized companies even if the cost is higher. At least I don’t think they would do a bait and switch routine with me. I was not given any contract to sign, contrary to comment posted by Sentinel.

I needed something "same day". They said they don't offer "same day guarantee" when their website literally says that they do. That's the only whole interaction with them I had and it was all bad.

Markus was truly a FIVE out of five. Great guy, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, he listens to me, just great.

Kevin has been our technician for years and he does phenomenal work! His customer service is next level and any time we have an unexpected issue, he is always prompt to respond and help us out. I would highly recommend Sentinel Pest Control and Kevin!

There is no way that the reviews for this business are genuine. Do not use these folks. Failed to deliver: Did not conduct anything worthy of the word "inspection"; did not assess the situation accurately; misrepresented the facts of our problem; and unresponsive, refusing to provide specifics for their bid. Claimed to be different from other pest control services, then were just the same - more concerned about getting you on their plan than doing the work. Utter waste of time. Avoid "Sentinel". The only thing they are 'guardIng" is their bottom line.

Great company to work with. I run a local mole extermination business, Sentinel has been amazing to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

This place does not honor their word. I had them out to look at an interior mouse issue. They did everything BUT that. When I complained they agreed to take $100 off the bill. Fast forward to now and when trying to buy a car a collection came up for $100 on my credit report. Are you kidding me? They claim it took too long to settle the invoice so they say they added the $100 back on and I owe it. THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD. UNBELIEVABLE

I had a very good experience with Sentinel Pest Control. I called and explained my problem to the operator. They told me they offer a free inspection to their customers to evaluate the problem - before they ask you to commit to any charges. The service technician Brandin arrived within the time promised and got right to work. He asked me to show him around my home and asked to inspect the craw space. He checked out my crawl space and found no rodent issues at all. That was a surprise to me. They stuck to the free inspection policy and I was not charged for the service. I think this company is a first rate company and would highly recommend their services.

This is a good, honest company. I will use them again in the future.
