Not responsive, finding a new service. Was with them fir years!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Stay far away from this company. It’s no wonder his reviews are horrible. This is the 2nd time Dave told me he would be at my house on a certain day and time and then he never showed and never responded to my emails asking what happened and when could he come spray. I let it slide the first time thinking he had a legitimate reason. Turns out he’s just a flake. He was a no-show last week and I emailed him twice, and zero reply from him. I then called the office asking for a response and still crickets. The most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. Call somebody else, he obviously doesn’t care about his reputation and it shows.

Would give a zero if allowed. Terrible customer service. Paid for their every other month servicing. Caught the technician on my cameras not providing the services being charged for twice and falsifying his receipt of service saying he was there for 15min each time. Cameras caught ya there for 4min bud. Been calling for TWO weeks and haven’t received a call back. Then the owners son text me asking what I need? I replied a phone call. Then it was back to a ghost town. Spend your money elsewhere this place is a joke will be resorting them to the better business bureau. All about supporting local but not about supporting liars and fraudulent companies.

If there was a zero star option, I would choose that. This place is a SCAM. I paid up front for 3 months of unlimited service for my rental house. They showed up the first time to do an inspection, collected the money, and disappeared. My renters and I have called them over 25 times to get someone out to the house, but we are told they’ll page someone and receive a call back. Haven’t received a call back after calling everyday for weeks. What a joke. Please spend your money elsewhere. I will be asking for my money back once I actually get ahold of someone. Worst customer service experience of my life.

Never received a call back and I really like supporting local small businesses. I really needed the service by today. Moved on to the next company.

Best in the Northwest, Dave and his crew respond well ND are great at diagnosing tough pest issues. This is a quality locally owned business.
