Independent pest solutions was the best! Solved our ant problem in 2 weeks! Our tech Russell was very courteous and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and explained what kind of ants we had and why the methods we used didn’t work. Russell did not push for a reoccurring service and agreed it didn’t make sense for us since we would be selling the house soon. I would recommend this company to anyone struggling with unwelcome pests!

Russell did a great and thorough job. Found where a rat had entered our crawl space so he eliminated the rat, repaired the screen and put down additional traps. Also treated for ants since it’s that time of year. Explained how the ant bait works and to let them know if we have any additional issues. We appreciate him spending the extra time.

Jake, our technician, was awesome - he was professional, friendly, and super quick. He saw the problem we were having with birds nesting in the siding of our house way up near the rafters, he gave us a quote of $150 and fixed it on the spot. Shout out to David, the operations manager, too for getting us scheduled in less than 24 hours! We have used Independent Pest Control before, they are fantastic, and we highly recommend them.

I have been using them for 15 years. I am on a quarterly maintenance. They originally helped with a squirrel in my attack along with rodents found in the crawl space. They sealed up the house and caught the intruders. When I moved and bought a new home I had them proactively come out to seal up the house and install bait stations. They found that there was rodent damage in my duct work and their estimate was half the price of the heat/air company I had out. They do specialize in crawl space clean up due to rodent damage.

We have been using Independent Pest Solutions for the last 10+ years and are very satisfied with the care and professionalism they take to ensure that we have no pests, bugs or rodent issues. Scott did his quarterly inspection and pest extermination in his typical efficient, effective, and courteous manner. Have been using this company for the last five years on a quarterly basis for rodent control. This last week they really let me down. I put my house on the market to go into retirement and had a pending offer contingent on inspection. My wife and I called Independent Pest Solutions to remove traps in my crawl space and prep it for the up-and-coming inspection. ( we live in a very rural area). We had the inspection today and we're disappointed to find rotting carcasses rodent droppings and chewed up visqueen. There was no communication to that effect when they came out at all. Their only excuse was that they have not been out since last October. So much for hiring a professional. A true professional would have removed all the carcasses and recommended a clean out. I would not recommend this company.
